About the home

Luxury one bed bungalow set in a beautiful safe complex.

Bedroom has king size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to front terrace. Main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment,large walk in shower plus single sink with large mirror.(fitted sept 09). WC . A separate WC in the corridor. A large American style kitchen with oven hob, microwave, washing machine and large fridge freezer & fully equipped for 6 people.

The large lounge has sofa bed, armchair, T.V. D.V.D, and C.D. player + radio. C.D's and D.V.D's are provided free of charge (please do not remove from bungalow).We now have English t.v.(BBC1 & 2, ITV & Chan 4&5)The Large terrace has table & 4 chairs, 2 comfortable sun loungers with mattresses.

Steps lead to roof terrace with fantastic views of mount teide. From back terrace you have only a few yards to pool bar, restaurant and main pool area.

Facilities

Further details outdoors:
The swimming pool has now got a safety glass surround to stop infants from wandering in to the pool. you can accsess with a key (provided). Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times as there is NO life guard. YOU are responsable for your children. Loss of key will encure a 25 euros cost, so don't loose the key.

Conditions

All guests can enter the bungalow after 3pm & must vacate by 10-30am unless otherwise agreed with owners.

The Tenerife region

The Golf Del Sur is a great all year round hot spot. Ideal for golfers, walkers and sun worshipers.
A 27 hole championship golf course is whithin 5 min walk.
There are lots of friendly bars, restaurants and shops in the close by San Blas Square.
A 10 to 15 min taxi ride will take you to Los Christianos whith its lovely beaches and nightlife.
The Golf Del Sur has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and some breathtaking scenery.
You can have virtually all year round sun.

The Golf del Sur / The Palms area

Aswel as golf courses there are plenty of other things to do, and close by. You can go horse riding from Amarillo golf, Go-Karting (5 min away), Large water park, and lots of fishing either Boat or off the rocks. There are books full of excursions which you can pick up from any hotel reception or shops. We can strongly recomend the medieval night (not for young children as late night).
The best windsurfing can be found at El Medano (5 min drive).
For some of the best fish restaurants go to Los Abrigos with its lovely old harbour (10 min walk).
In all a busy but relaxing place to be.
