Home description
Luxury two bedroomed bungalow. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bed side cabinets at either side, large dressing table and a full wall of fitted wardrobes. French doors lead to a sun terracefurnished. The second Bedroom is smaller with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The modern dining/ living room is spacious and includes 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed aswell as a dining table with six chairs. There is a 37" flatscreen t.v, and cd player available. Patio doors lead onto another sun terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a breakfast. bar facing the living area and washing machine. The large modern newly refurbished bathroom has his and hers basins,a toilet , bath with a shower over the top. There is also a separate washroom which icludes toilet, wash basin and vanity facilities. In addition there is a roof terrace with patio furniture fully private, and great views.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is a great place for all year round sunshine. Golf Del Sur is 15 mins away by car from the larger resorts of Las Americas and Los Christianos and approximately 40 mins from Santa Cruz. They have the larger beaches and nightlife but Golf Del Sur is the perfect base with a more local friendly atmosphere. The area is surrounded by golf courses making it very scenic.
Golf del Sur / The Palms area
Golf Del Sur is a 27 hole championship course just 4 mins away and Amarilla Golf is 15 mins away. Los Abrigos is a fishing village which is a 30 min walk away along the coast line, it has a quaint harbour and fish restaurants. Horse riding is available from next to Amarilla Golf and there is a large waterpark a short taxi ride away as well as a go-karting park. Mount Teide is a must see attraction which can be booked around the corner San Blas is a 20 min walk away or a 4euro taxi ride, here you will find a range of bars and restaurants including English, Chinese and Indian food. There is free entertainment on a Saturday and Wednesday on the Palms
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South, The Palms are just 10mins from the airport. Taxi rank available at the airport which will cost approximately 15 euros to The Palms. Cheap flights are available from Jet2.com Thomsonfly and Thomascook. There is a good bus service with a bus stop just around the corner, as well as a taxi rank which is situated opposite the Palms. You are in walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Further details indoors: The whole bungalow has recently been re-decorated and furnished to a high standard, with all home comforts, .New upvc shutters and doors have also been fitted. and there is a safety deposit box which is free of charge. English television with channels 1 to 5. Small children's equipment.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 pools located just outside of the bungalow and another two on the site. Immediately adjacent there is a small garden area which gives the bungalow privacy. There is a lovely walk through the Palms which has well kept gardens through it. The Palms restaurant / bar is a short walk away, which serves food all day and has entertainment every evening, but the bungalow is far enough away not to be disturbed by noise from it. Other facilities include an on site launderette.
As the airport is only ten min utes away there is some aircraft noise.

If you are arriving on the same day that some one is departing then the bungalow will be available from 2pm, checkout on the day of departure is 10am.
Changeover day is preferably a Friday, although other days are considered.

A deposit of £50 per week (non refundable) is required. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not paid as required the booking may be cancelled.
The prices are based on two sharing. If there are more than 2 then it will be an extra £25 per person per week.
For bookings of two weeks or more, there is an additional charge of £15 if you want the cleaner to come in at the end of the first week to do a linen change.
