A large 1 bedroom bungalow within a gated complex containing 4 pools ( 1 heated Nov - after Easter) restaurant / bar and a laundrette.

The bedroom has a 5ft bed with ceiling fan and doors leading to front terrace.

Large lounge with comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2) and patio doors leading to large rear terrace with direct access to pools the nearest being 20 ft away. the terrace has table and four chairs, unbrella and sunbeds..
Fully fitted kitchen, microwave oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Full newly fitted bathroom with twin wash hand basins, bath, toilet, bidet and shower over the bath. Additional
cloackroom with hand basin and toilet. We have UK Channels 1- 5 plus 2 MovieChannels.

Championship golf course and international bowling green within 5 minutes walk away. For your convenience a welcome pack is provided plus a free safe. The Airport is only 10 minutes drive away.

Tenerife has a all year round climate.

Golf del Sur / The Palms area

There is a small sandy beach within 10 minutes walk next to the new marina, with bars and restaurant.

Lage sandy beaches are a 15 minutes drive away in Los Christianos and Las Americas.

The quant village of Los Abrigos with its well know fish restaurants and small harbour is approx 20 mins walk from the Palms over the rocks by the sea front. buses and taxis also go there.

The beaches of El Medano host international competitions for windsurfers, being a paradise only 5 minutes drive away.

How to get there

Fly To; Seina Reina Airport South.
Cheap flights are normally Monarch.
Local buses run from the Golf Del Sur to Los Christianos and Las Americas.
Local taxis and car hire available to town.
