The dining area has formal dining facilities to seat 6 people and additional casual seating in the form of two 2 seater settees.
A particular feature is the large master suite which opens onto the private balcony via two patio doors, comprising modern bedroom furniture, feature double bath and en-suite shower facilities.

Golf del Sur / Terrazas de La Paz area
Golf del Sur is located 10 minutes from the airport on the way towards Los Christianos and Playa Las Americas. It is a resort built around a 27 hole golf course and next to Amarilla Golf which has another 18 hole golf course. The Golf del Sur offers the San Blas commercial centre which has shops and restaurants and is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The new marina is also a 10 minute walk along the scenic coastal path.
Golf del Sur is also situated within walking distance to Los Abrigos a traditional Canarian fishing harbour with a number of local restaurants and also boasting Michelin star restaurants.
How to get there
From the popular Tenerife South airport, Golf del Sur is less than a 10 minute drive.
The airport has a number of car hire companies or you can get a taxi outside for less than 20 Euros.

Conditions
25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before travel plus a £200 deposit against property damage (not the odd breakage of a cup or a glass).
