Formally two apartments that have been creatively combined into one spectacular large luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, that is over 900 sq ft, it comfortably sleeps 6 people. Recently refurbished throughout to a very high standard, the apartment is completely private with a 620 sq.ft. south east facing balcony with ocean views.

Situated on the quiet Terrazas de la Paz complex featuring 2 gated shared swimming pools, (main pool heated in winter months) this apartment will attract the most discerning guests. It consists of a spacious lounge with two 3 seater sofa beds, TV with English channels and movie channels, CD/Radio stereo system and ample storage. The dining area has formal dining facilities to seat 6 people and additional casual seating in the form of two 2 seater settees.

A particular feature is the large master suite which opens onto the private balcony via two patio doors, comprising modern bedroom furniture, feature double bath and en-suite shower facilities.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the most popular of the Canary Islands and offers a variety of attractions for all tastes.

Whether your holiday is to relax by the pool by day and then party all night in Las Americas or to walk in the lovely mountains of Masca and enjoy a quiet meal in the evening or to take the family to Loro Parque or the new Siam Water Park for a day of fun and then sample a family friendly restaurant later, Tenerife has it all.

With its all year round climate, you can enjoy winter sun with only a four hour flight from the UK.

Golf del Sur / Terrazas de La Paz area

Golf del Sur is located 10 minutes from the airport on the way towards Los Christianos and Playa Las Americas. It is a resort built around a 27 hole golf course and next to Amarilla Golf which has another 18 hole golf course. The Golf del Sur offers the San Blas commercial centre which has shops and restaurants and is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The new marina is also a 10 minute walk along the scenic coastal path.

Golf del Sur is also situated within walking distance to Los Abrigos a traditional Canarian fishing harbour with a number of local restaurants and also boasting Michelin star restaurants.

How to get there

From the popular Tenerife South airport, Golf del Sur is less than a 10 minute drive.

The airport has a number of car hire companies or you can get a taxi outside for less than 20 Euros.

Beautiful contemporary well appointed kitchen. Includes fan oven and grill, ceramic hob, cooker hood, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board, ample matching crockery and cutlery etc.

Large master bedroom with two sets of patio doors leading onto the balcony; includes twin beds (pushed together), spacious wardrobe and cupboards, flat screen TV, feature double bath.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with ample wardrobes and cupboards and a safe.
Both bathrooms have been completely renewed in 2007.
En-suite to master suite includes walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin with vanity unit and wc.

A lovely feature of the apartment is the private 620 sq.ft. balcony, which allows private al fresco living, featuring glass dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Conditions

25% deposit is taken at the time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before travel plus a £200 deposit against property damage (not the odd breakage of a cup or a glass).
