The Tenerife region
Ideal for Golfers, Walkers or just to Chill Out. Championship Golf, Gorgeous Scenery, beaches and entertainment all within walking distance, but if you like the Towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are only 10 -15 minutes drive away and offer long sandy beaches and a much more lively nightlife, which makes Golf del Sur an ideal base for all attractions and is located approx 5 - 10 minutes from the airport. Tenrifes Climate virtually guarantee's Year-round Sunshine.
Golf del Sur / The Palms area
2 Golf courses, one almost on the door step (4 mins walk) & another one approx 15 mins. Golf del Sur has a 27 hole championship course alon with Amarillo Golf which has a signature hole where you drive over the sea!, or perhaps take advantage of the horse riding facilities there!. Fishing available all over the Island but is especially good at Los Abrigos just down the road, with its quaint harbour and restaurants - selling fresh locally caught fish! The beaches of El Medano host international competions for windsurfers and is only aprrox. 5 mins drive away. Tennis is also available very close between The Palms and Golf del Sur Club House. All in all a great location for all your holiday requirements.
