About the home

Parque Albatross is close to all amenities with San Blas & its many Shops, Bars & Restaurants a short walk away and at £180 per week it is great value for your money., Close by is a beautiful new Marina with a rooftop bar over looking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5/10 kms from Los Cristianos & Las Americas. Looking out from our front door you can sit & relax watching Bowls at the Winter Gardens opposite or even include a game or two in your stay, our balcony over looks a Children's Play Area, Heated Pool , Jacuzzi & the Poolside Restaurant / Bar that offers entertainment every night.,
There is Internet connection at Reception or wi-fi if you bring your own

We have fully furnished our air Conditioned Apartment and every amenity is included.
We have BBC 1 BBC2 I.T.V C.4 and some Satellite Channels
Sitting on the Balcony over looking the pool you can enjoy the music from the restaurant / bar and of an evening time you can watch the sun set. We have a limited amount of books to read and D.V.Ds to watch.
We can supply a welcome pack Bread Milk Cheese Butter etc please let us know at time of booking.

From the spacious Reception area you can book any excursions,Taxis or Exchange Money with them & Internet connectionin,in the same area is a Bar for Drinks or Coffee, the surrounding grounds are beautifully landscaped with a waterfall cascading down to the pool, the pool has a Life Guard 7 days a week & a closed in children's play area.
Near the Life Guard is an indoor games room and around the pool is Table Tennis, Hand Football and a Pool Table, Hot Tub and just outside our Apartment there is a man size chess set.Happy hour is 5pm to 6pm every night.

For those wanting to wash your clothes there is a laundrette on the complex, go to reception for the tokens.
A must for most ladies, we have just bought Hair Straighteners.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, remainder required no later then 6 weeks from date of departure.
Refundable Breakages Deposit required at time of booking of £50, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Tenerife is renowned for all year warm weather. There are many places of interest i.e Loro Parque, MT Tiede Whale Watching to name a few, most excursions can be booked through reception. The property itself is just 5-10 kms from Los Cristianos & Las Americas.

The Golf del Sur / Royal Parque Albatros area

Tenerife has all year round sun and the apartment's situation really makes the most of it. Golf del Sur is one of the most prestigious areas in Tenerife and the apartment is well situated to enjoy what it has to offer. A short walk along the beach is the authentic town of Los Abrigos a beautiful fishing village which has many fresh Fish restaurants over looking the Sea,
The massive market in Los Christianos is just 10mins away and the bustling night-life of Las Americas only 15mins away. Nearby amenities include numerous bars, restaurants and shops, local excursion agents can arrange anything from car hire to kite boarding. Other options include local gym/spa centres, Tennis, 3 Golf courses near by including a 27-hole PGA standard golf course, crazy golf and lawn green bowling just next door in the Winter Gardens complex. There is a local diving school offering plenty of opportunities to divers of all levels. The nearby Marina offers a comprehensive range of sailing. even take a fascinating informative trip in a submarine

Sans Blas (Commerecial Centre) is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and go-Karting, horse riding, sandy beaches and various watersports are all just a short drive away - the long natural beaches at El Médano (5kms away ) are the best on the Island and often hold windsurfing championships.
