Patio furniture and sun loungers provided. Since the current photo was taken the marina can not now be seen due to a new building having been completed on the sea front.
Two Bedrooms ( a double with en-suite and a twin) and two bathrooms. Lounge has a massive 43 inch LCD TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV, Channel 4 and SKY Sports. DVD. The sofa in the lounge converts into two single beds to sleep a maximum of 6. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Wi-fi Internet within the property included

With an open south facing balcony this is a real sun trap. The electrically operated awning is a great feature allowing some shade. Sun loungers and patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. The property is top floor easily accessible with a lift. Duquesa is a fully gated complex of just less than 90 properties. It is ideal for those who want luxury and peace yet be only a few minutes walk from the sea and restaurants and amenities.

Situated in the sunny South of Tenerife, Golf del Sur is blessed with a wonderful year round pleasant climate. Even in the winter months temperatures rarely fall below 22C. In summer the cooling influence of the Atlantic means it rarely rises above 30C. No wonder Tenerife is known as the 'Fortunate Island'
The Golf del Sur / Duquesa del Mar area
The Duquesa del Mar Apartment complex is a fully gated complex just minutes from the sea front. It is a small , friendly and welcoming place where you will always find a space to relax by the pool. From the complex a very pleasant walk leads to you to the marina where you can relax and enjoy a drink while watching the boats. In the other direction this sea front walk leads to San Blas the centre of Golf del Sur where there are two large piazas with plenty of good restaurants. There are also restaurants within a 2 minute walk from Duquesa.
There is a wonderful Golf course nearby and also tennis courts and crazy golf as well as putting green and driving range. There are many local attractions including a fantastic submarine tour
There is a very good bus service linking 'The Golf' with many other places on the island. If a car is hired there is underground parking in the complex

The most convenient airport for this accommodation is Tenerife South (TFS) giving a quick transfer time of 20 minutes. There is a second airport in the north of the island (TFN) which is about 90 minutes drive away. Many airlines fly to Tenerife-too many to list here in full but from the UK include Easyjet, Ryanair, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Iberia. Many other northern European countries also operate direct flights.

Superb apartment, very clean and well equipped. The local area has many good bars and resturants. San Blas also worth a visit. 10 minute walk along the coast path. Local restaurant Rendez-vous, absolutely top class dining and service. Stuart the manager makes the whole experience worthwhile. If you like Indian the Kohinoor ion San Blas is not only very good value, but entertainment also. The Wild geese Pub (irish bar) is very friendly and ideally located for that "one for the road tipple". We had a very relaxing holiday in all the pool area very well equipped, and generally a quiet restfull area. We had just the one exception but fortunately it was a last day experience. You can't help some families though can you. |

Very well maintained and equipped apartment on a pleasant and quiet complex.The complex is well cared for by the resident staff. Area suitable for people looking for a quiet holiday, not many shops but good local bus service. The apartment is not really suitable for people with mobility problems due to steps up to the apartment. |
