The stunning penthouse in this ever popular complex in Golf del Sur has breathtaking and unrivaled views and has both a balcony and a top roof terrace that gets all day sun.
Satellite TV is provided with a current line up of BBC1, BBC2, ITV, and SKY. There is a well equipped kitchen with full oven and hob and a microwave. The penthouse has a washing machine. The property has a double bedroom and a smaller bed-settee in the lounge and will sleep three.
Within the club's tropical gardens are three swimming pools (one being for small children)

The lounge leads to a balcony with wooden bench seating and a table for outside dining. There is a comfortable and spacious living area and stairs lead to the private roof terrace. This is a real sun trap and has spectacular views in all directions. Michaela, who look after the cleaning and maintenance lives next door so is on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency arising. The unit is on the second floor and therefore may not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult. The top patio is reached via a spiral staircase form the lounge.

Situated in the sunny South of Tenerife, Golf del Sur is blessed with a wonderful year round pleasant climate. Even in the winter months temperatures rarely fall below 22C. In summer the cooling influence of the Atlantic means it rarely rises above 30C. No wonder Tenerife is known as the 'Fortunate Island'

Ocean Golf and Country Club is well situated affording excellent views across the gofing fairways to the sea. There are hree swimming pools on the complex, one of which is specifically for children. The complex is a mixture of ex-pats and holiday makers and is very well maintained.
Within a short walk you will be spoilt for choice with some excellent restaurants and interesting bars. A short walk leads to te sea front

The most convenient airport for this accommodation is Tenerife South (TFS) giving a quick transfer time of 20 minutes. There is a second airport in the north of the island (TFN) which is about 90 minutes drive away. Many airlines fly to Tenerife-too many to list here in full but from the UK include Easyjet, Ryanair, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Iberia. Many other northern european countries also operate direct flights.

“Beautiful Apartment with Stunning Views” Stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. Apartment was clean, spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. An added extra was the private roof top sun terrace. The surrounding area is well kept...gardens are immaculate and swimming pool area is very peaceful. Loved watching the sun rise and eating breakfast out on the balcony! Walking distance to all the restaurants. Really good tapas - Dabda and Electra. Can't wait to go back.....for longer next time!
