About the home

Our apartment has been recently refurbished throughout and offers you all the comforts of home. It consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, one twin bedroom and one shower room/toilet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a halogen hob, oven and microwave etc.

In the lounge there are two leather sofas, one converts into a double bed, a 32" flat screen LED TV with English channels and a DVD player. There is a large balcony equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the sun as well as views of Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

Towels are provided in the apartment but we ask that you bring your own beach towels for use at the pool and beaches.

A washing machine and drying rail are provided. This can help you keep your luggage weight to a minimum and avoid extra surcharges on flights.

Further details outdoors:
On the complex there are two communal swimming pools. One is more suitable for children and has a play area beside it. There is also a restaurant on the complex offering international cuisine.

Outside the complex there is a Taxi rank and bus stop with regular buses to Los Abrigos, El Medano, Los Christianos, and Las Americas. Pick-ups for many excursions such as Loro Parque and boat trips etc. are also available here.

Conditions

We are flexible with check in dates and, provided the dates are available, will arrange your holiday period to suit you.

Strictly no smoking permitted inside the apartment.

Please consider your neighbours when you are playing music.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is renowned for its all year round perfect climate with temperatures ranging between 20 and 30 degrees C. There are a diverse range of activities, for example; golf, fishing, hill/gorge walking, cycling, bowling, waterparks and the famous Loro Parque zoo. In fact Tenerife has everything!

The "must do's" are trips to Mount Tiede, the cliffs at Los Gigantes and a visit to the bustling capital city of Santa Cruz.

The Golf del Sur / Terrazas de La Paz area

In Golf Del Sur you will find both British and Spanish cultures existing side by side. You can start the day with a full English breakfast and round it of with traditional paella and a bottle of Rioja.
The near by fishing village of Los Abrigos with its fine seafood restaurants has an annual fiesta in early September with a host of activities and firework displays.

On Terrazas you will find "Big Al's" restaurant where you can enjoy an excellent range of international dishes, with 'steaks to die for' at reasonable prices while you enjoy the panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Montana Roja. Most evenings, entertainment is provided and there is also a lounge serving coffee and drinks with a large flat screen TV. The apartment is within a 5 minutes walk from San Blas square where you will find a small supermarket, bank, good quality boutiques, doctor, internet cafe, nightclub, church and many restaurants and bars with entertainment each evening. The vast majority of bars and restaurants welcome children.

Regular flights from many UK airports to Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia airport with BA and budget airlines, Ryan air, Excel, Monarch, Thompson and Tomas cook, easy jet.
Taxi and car hire available at the airport.

Drive east on the TF1 towards Los Christianos. After aproximately 3 Km turn off and follow the signs to Los Abrigos. After the second roundabout follow signs for Golf Del Sur.

“Great appartment - close to local amenities and airport” We have stayed in the same apartment two years running and hope to go again next year. Have recommended to family who booked for this year and also enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended

“lovely appartment ,,well equiped,with stunning views.” we have stayed at this appartment for the last two years and have booked again for next year.a well equiped modern appartment in a quiet location yet only ten minutes walk to local bars and restaurants.the owners were very helpful resolving a couple of minor issues very quickly through there agent.there is also an excellent restaurant on the complex.lovely relaxing holiday.
