About the home

A beautiful newly refurbished apartment containing all your needs for a relaxing holiday.

The property is spacious and airy with loads of daylight. It is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary but cosy style with comfortable furnishings. It now has - A Walk in Shower, A full size Fridge Feezer and A large flat screen Digital TV with full English Channels.

The lovely sunny balcony has sun morning to sunset and has a delightful sea view.

The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, one twin bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, oven and hob and a washing machine located in the bathroom The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and is an ideal place to relax.

Washing machine, hair dryer, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board are also provided.

The telephone in the apartment accepts incoming calls. Outgoing calls are also possible from this phone but pre-payment is required at Sunset View reception.

Tenerife is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It is renowned for its all year round perfect climate with day time temperatures ranging between 20 and 30 degrees C. It has championship golf, bowling, beautiful scenery, lively entertainment and/or peace and tranquillity.

Las Americas & Los Cristianos are a fifteen minute drive away with a large selection of duty free shops, restaurants, bars & nightclubs

Los Cristianos - Has very nice artificial sandy beaches and a wonderful harbour that offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, glass bottom boat trips, diving excursions and ferries to La Gomera.

Playa de Las Americas - For sun & fun this is paradise for the young, the nice artificial beaches are full and the nights are never ending with bright lights and noise.

The Golf del Sur / Sunset View area

Golf del Sur is a beautiful area of Tenerife with P.G.A. standard golf courses and restaurants serving fabulous food with a great selection of fine wines.

Sunset View Is only five minutes away from a 27 hole championship golf complex where the Tenerife Open has been held

Sunset View in Golf del Sur is a small friendly complex. It has a swimming pool which is heated during the winter months, a separate children's pool and a Jacuzzi. For everyone's safety there is a lifeguard on duty during the pool opening hours.

Wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) is available in the Sunset View reception area. Internet access is also available on a computer in the Sunset View reception for a small fee.

The San Blas square opposite Sunset View has a varied selection of bars, restaurants, shops, a small supermarket, doctors surgery, church, car hire, internet, ATM and nightly entertainment. Taxis are available beside the square.

Golf, wind surfing, go-karting, diving and horse back riding are nearby. Also if you enjoy a game of bowls there are excellent bowling greens nearby.

The local fishing village of Los Abrigos, with its many fine seafood restaurants, is a short walk across the beach (approx 10 - 15 mins) or a five minute drive away.

“Comfortable well-equipped apartment on spotless complex.” We stayed in this apartment over Christmas with our teenage son. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The apartment was quite compact but truly home from home, with a lovely sunny balcony. The pool area was very clean and the pool bar was very reasonable, with a small beer or soft drink for one euro. The location is perfect, with the San Blas bars, restaurants and shops right next door. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this apartment and the area.

Just to let you know we had a lovely time in Tenerife. It was my 50th birthday while we were there and weather and apartment were perfect, will probably book again for long weekend.
