About the home

Sunningdale village is located in a prime position on Golf del sur. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the complex boasts a large heated swimming pool together with a children's pool. There is a restaurant and bar overlooking the pool and a small children's play area.

Sunningdale complex attracts families, couples and golfers who want to relax in a warm climate with lovely surroundings.

The villa is set in a prime location overlooking the pool with patios at the front and rear of the property. The large lounge has patio doors leading onto the patio area. Enjoy the DVD & CD player with satellite TV.

Take in the views from the roof top balcony and soak up the sun in privacy.

Changeover day is normally a Friday and guests are asked to locate the villa by 10.a.m.

On arrival villa is normally ready by 14.00 but made be ready earlier.

Keys and safe keys on arrival in safe box outside the villa.

No smoking in the villa please.

Bed linen and towels provided on arrival and changed weekly.

Conditions

Deposit of £100 to be paid upon booking.The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.

A breakages deposit of £100 is required with final balance.This will be returned at the end of your holiday once the villa has been checked for damages etc.

Late bookings are available on request.

The Golf del Sur / Sunningdale Village area

Golf Del Sur is one of the most prestigious areas in Tenerife.

Sunningdale village has views to the golf course & sea and is extremely well maintained and within walking distance to bars,restaurants and shops.You can relax in beautiful surroundings with all amenties close by.

San Blas (Commercial shopping centre) with it's restaurants and shops is a 15 min walk.The Local Gym and Spa centre is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Close by is Winter Gardens Bowling green which boasts one of the best all weather bowling greens you are likely to find.

You may want to visit the new exclusive San Miguel Marina situated on the Golf a short 10 min walk away.Here you will find a small variety of local restaurants and bars and you could experience a dive onboard a real submarine which will take you below the unexplored waters of San Miguel Marina.

There is a 27 hole championship golf course on Golf Del Sur together with a grass driving range.Amarilla golf course is easily accessible from the Golf.

Los Abrigos a typical small spanish fishing village is just a 10 min drive.

If you prefer the hustle and bustle of Las Americas and Los Cristianos with it's variety of shops,Restauarnts and bars this can be reached either by local taxi or car within a 20 minute drive.

A new waterpark Siam Park is new to Tenerife being opened in May 2008. This fantastic water park boasts the worlds largest artificial surf machine.

Whether you would like to relax with a drink overlooking the pool or enjoy the local activities Golf Del Sur has something for everyone.

Daily flights to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia Airport) from all UK and European airports.

Golf Del Sur is approx 10 mins from the airport by car.There is a taxi rank outside the airport .

Alternatively if you wish to hire a car this can be done prior to your holiday over the internet or i would be more than happy to provide details of local car hire companies.

In addition you can arrange car hire at the airport on your arrival.
