A privately owned spacious studio apartment on the 4th floor of the popular and well maintained complex of Green Park, Golf del Sur, which is 10 minutes from the airport and 10km from the lively resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos The studio has new furniture throughout, comprising double bed and dressing table in curtained alcove, sofa bed converting to single bed and metal folding bed, armchair, TV, dvd player, radio/cassette/cd player with CDs. sideboard and coffee tables etc. The balcony has great sea and pool views. As the property has a separate sleeping area, set within a curtained alcove, this gives the apartment the feel of being much larger than the normal 'hotel room' size.

Further details outdoors: The resort has 24 hour reception and security. 2 Lifts are available and always working! There are three pools, 1 heated in winter. plenty of sun beds, tennis courts, pool tables, on-site bars and restaurants with good food and live entertainment, supermatket and launderette. The complex is close to several golf courses. The apartment is privately owned and the complex is run by a community, therefore the owner cannot be held responsible should any of the facilities on the complex be unavailable at the time of your stay.

Golf del Sur's championship golf course is only a few minutes walk. San Blas Commercial Centre is approx 25 minutes' stroll, where lots of bars and restaurants offer excellent food to suit all tastes and several offer live entertainment every night! Los Abrigos, a small fishing village famous for its fresh fish restaurants is situated near to Commercial Centre just across the beach.
