At the centre of Golf del Sur, the villa is set in a quiet corner of the very popular Sunningdale complex overlooking the beautiful gardens and the seventh hole of the world class Golf del Sur course. with the sea, bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away.
Sunningdale attracts families and couples of various nationalities who want a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings within close walking distance to all amenities . It is a virtually flat site and therefore suitable for elderly guests and children.
Enjoy a drink by the large heated swimming pool( with lifeguard) or have lunch in the poolside restaurant . Your children will enjoy the children's pool and play area and are sure to want to join in the Team marina kiddies club with scavenger hunts and the like.
Or perhaps you would prefer to relax on the loungers in your own private garden and maybe invite friends for dinner al fresco .
For complete privacy enjoy the secluded terrace behind the villa.
If the sun gets too hot air conditioning is available on request (extra charge).

Flat screen satelite tv covers mosts major English stations ie BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Sky News Sky sports, Euros sports etc and european stations We also have a DVD with some DVDs (others may be hired from reception) and mini hifi system.
We have air conditioning available in the lounge and the master bedroom for an additional cost.
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - all have ceiling fans When 7/8 guests book z beds will be provided All linen and towels including pool/beach towels are provided. Changed once a week. More frequent changes can be provided payable locally.
Travel cot/s can be provided - £25 per week each payable with final balance. Linen not provided for travel cots

Large private sunfilled front patio with loungers , mattresses , garden table and chairs bordered by bright flower beds and overlooking gardens and golf course.
Private shaded rear patio with table and chairs for those moments when you want to escape from the heat of the sun and have some peace and seclusion.
The villa is in a quiet part of the complex where most of the private residents live and overlooks gardens and the golf course with views down to the sea from the balcony
Private solarium/balcony with sun loungers (small children will need supervision - the walls are approx 3' 6" high)
Whilst wheelchair and pushchair friendly please be aware there is small step by front gate and wheelchairs would need to enter the villa via the patio doors.
Large shared pool, with loungers, children's pool, children's play area with swings etc. Mini Golf , Pool Table, Table Football. Kiddies club -Team marina where parents may leave their children with trained staff for a short time (Ages 4+)

Normal changeover day Friday - guests are asked to vacate by 1000. If you have a late flight time we may be able to arrange a later vacation time but cannot guarantee this.
Please note the basic rental prices are for two to four people. See Price chart for 6 - 8 people. When booking for 2 , only the main bedroom will be available. When booking for 4, the third bedroom will not be available for use.
For Xmas bookings if booking for 2/4 persons, only the downstairs area will be available.
Villa normally available after 1600 but may be ready earlier subject to local discretion.
Please strictly no smoking in villa - smokers are asked to smoke outside please

Travel cots and a bed guard for toddlers can be provided - Payable with final balance £25 per week , high chair is available free of charge on request
Bed linen and towels provided on arrival and changed every 7 days. Bed linen is NOT provided for the travel cot. Pool towels will be provided but if you should need more they are available from reception for 10 euros deposit
INSURANCE LIABILITY
We recommend all guests have full and sufficient travel , personal accident and medical insurance We accept no liability for injury, damage, loss, vexation, distress, disappointment or irregularities suffered by guests. Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects are at the guests' risks at all times and in all circumstances.

CYCLISTS -Many superb cycle routes used by world class competitive cyclists for their winter training.
Other attractions include the Aqua park, Loro parque, the Drago Tree and stunning cliff face of Los Gigantes. Drive to the north for lush greenery and olde worlde charm in the quaint cobbled streets of Puerto De La Cruz ,sample the tapas, take the ferry to La Gomera or El Hierro or maybe head for the bright lights of Las Americas - Tenerife has everything and all within a very short drive from Gold del Sur..
The Golf del Sur / Sunningdale Village area
A championship 27 hole golf course hosting world tournaments is just a 10 minute walk away from the villa. Several other courses are close by for those who like a change.and there are also some grass driving ranges for practice
Golf del Sur is one of the less hilly resorts in Tenerife making it easier to get around for those who find steep slopes a chore!
Evening entertainment and many restaurants offering a variety of food, bars and shops are just outside the complex or a short 15 minute walk to San Blas centre There is a small beach 500 metres from the complex and also a beautiful waterside promenade - great for an evening stroll or stop at one of the bars for a relaxing drink and watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean
Tennis, bowls, yoga and a spa are available immediately outside the complex, with a weekly local market for those souvenirs hunters.
Los Abrigos fishing village is just a 10 minute drive - great for sea food.
There is a courtesey coach daily to Los Cristianos/Las Americas . Or the car will take about 20 minutes and there is also a regular bus service to both resorts.
Golf Del Sur has something for everyone - relaxing, active, young or more mature - come and enjoy your holiday at our beautiful villa.

Fly to Tenerife South. (Reina Sofia Airport) Regular daily flights from all UK and most European airports all year round with many low cost airlines available.
Golf Del Sur resort is just 10 mins by car from the airport.
Car hire can easily be pre-booked by internet and arrangements made to collect your hire car from the car park immediately in front of arrivals hall and it can be left there on your departure. Alternatively book when you arrive from one of the many car hire companies in the terminal building. Auto Reizen often have the best rates
There is also an efficient taxi rank waiting for flight arrivals.
It may be possible to arrange private transfer.

We have stayed on this complex previously but this was the first time in one of the villas. This villa was in the perfect location on the edge of the golf course and was a lovely property, very well equiped and very nice decor. We will return sometime in the future. |

Check in was easy, the key was in a safe and access by the pre registered number. No waiting at reception of for Villa to be ready, Villa was beautiful, everything was there, including some supplies which I didn't expect. Had a wonderful week and the fly screen were perfect. Best part was seeing the sun rise and set from the bedroom balcony. will definitely stay again. |

LONG RENTAL 1 month or more 15% discount
A deposit of £200 per week (non refundable) is required to secure booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition £100 security deposit is required to be paid with the final payment against breakages/damage/lost keys. The security deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the rental period once the villa has been checked.
We can accept payment by bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling or bank transfer in Euros
We will honour bookings for up to 7 days from booking confirmed by guest. If deposits are not received by this time, the booking will be considered cancelled and the villa re-advertised for those dates, unless otherwise agreed. We will also honour bookings for up to 7 days from the balance due date. If the balance is not received, the booking will be considered cancelled by the visitor and the dates re-advertised. The deposit is non refundable in these circumstances.
Airconditioning available £40 per week. Travel cots/ bed guard can be hired for £25 per week
