About the home

Terrazas de La Paz is a quiet residential complex situated on the Golf del Sur. This apartment is located in a fantastic place with panoramic views of the Mountains and Golf Del Sur Golf course. The access to the apartment is from the ground level but has a short flight of stairs up to the apartment (not suitable for wheel chair access)
This Accommodation will sleep 4 adults+One infant.We have recently refurbished the apartment to a high standard, including new Leather sofas, Rugs, Washing machine, freezer and a 28"colour TV with all the English channels,sky news, a film channel, combined DVD and CD player, the apartment also has a selection of children's films, there are also a couple of heaters in case you feel the cold at night time.

For your comfort we also supply a welcome pack which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water so you can have a drink on your arrival. There is a small selection of children's toys and a small child's scooter age 4/5 years.

Bed Linen and towels are provided at a cost of 60 euro payable on arrival,

There is also a really nice restaurant called Big Al's on the complex which serves fantastic food at affordable prices

The apartment is centrally located and only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars and golf courses. The apartment is well equipped with all the creature comforts you would normally find at home.

This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company (Tenerife property services). They are local to the resort if you need there services.

Sliding glass doors lead out on to a private balcony with table and chairs to enable out door dining and relaxation, with views of the Golf course and Mount Teide, you will get the sun in the afternoon until dusk, ideal for relaxing dining on the balcony.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. If you are looking for championship golf, bowling complex, beautiful scenery, peace and tranquillity, lively entertainment - Golf Del Sur has it all.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport. The towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas with their long sandy beaches and lively night-life are also just 15 minutes' drive away. Los Abrigos is within walking distance along the sea front, there you will find a host of beautiful restaurants serving fresh fish and local wines.

To explore the island, a car is required but Golf Del Sur is the perfect base.

It is a combination of shops, supermarket, bank, chemist, bars, restaurants, nightclub, DVD/video hire, car hire, diving school, internet cafe, gift shops and a Church. . It is family orientated - with free entertainment put on every evening in the top & bottom squares in the centre.

Getting there From the airport head towards Playa de las Américas on the Autopista de Tenerife TF-1. Take exit 24 in the direction of the sea, cross the highway and follow the first turn off to the right.

The excellent Tenerife climate ensures that you can play and improve your golf every day of the year and at any level. This golf friendly island is rapidly becoming the migration point for golfers from all over the world between the months of October and May. For a small fee you can rent your golf equipment . In most of the clubs you'll find a very casual atmosphere. No club requires a membership.

For groups Golf del Sur has a special instruction area for practice and initiation. Groups can bring their own teaching pros or may contract the services of the Golf del Sur professionals.

Golf del Sur is an absolute must for the discerning golfer. It consists of three loops of 9 holes running close to the sea, which can be played in any combination. There are large lush greens and the wide fairways are dotted with black sand bunkers, palm trees and giant cacti. The course has hosted several PGA European Tour events, with victories by Jose Maria Olazabal, Mark James and David Gilford. If you want to follow in their footsteps, make sure you play straight on the North loop's impressive 3rd hole, which is framed by water and a gaping black bunker.

BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Reina Sofia- 10km. BY ROAD: Follow the TF1 sign for Los Cristianos. Take the first exit (62). Follow the signs for Los Abrigos, Las Galletas, NOT San Miguel. Turn right at the roundabout and across at the next, following signs for TF65 (El Guincho, Los Abrigos).

“Super!” The apartment is spacious and clean with everything in good condition and working order, and looked virtually new. Both the owners and the people on site were very helpful and friendly. The area is not noisy, and has good views over the golf course, close to a variety of shops and eating places, and a short drive to main supermarkets. I would recommend the apartment highly and have rebooked for next year.

I was intending writing today to let you know the apartment was lovely and the air conditioning was a god send - we found it so hot. The heat meant we had a lovely relaxing holiday and did a lot of reading but we are looking forward to getting out and about more in January. Vera was very friendly and helpful and recommended a few good restaurants.I hope Vera was happy with the way the apartment was left and we're really looking forward to returning in January.

We're just back from hols in your apt! It was great, we loved every minute of our hols! It was such a home from home & the complex is lovely & we met many of your nice neighbours! We loved San Blas in the evenings.
Your new bathroom is lovely & very well finished we just had a v small leak, where we texted Rob & he got Derek (in complex) to fix it & its all been working well since.

We hope to get back again within the next year, so if we do we'll definitely be back in contact.
