The lounge is spacious with a comfortable leather sofa and chair. There is dining space with a modern table that seats six. There is the TV with DVD player on functional units which double as storage space. There is also an ipod player as well.
There is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet with a ceiling vent to give the room a light, airy feel.
The second bedroom has twin beds with ample storage space. There are new wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a tiled patio area at the back of the house with no houses backing on to spoil the view. There are stairs that lead to a sunterrace. All these have been recently refurbished in the past six months.
Deposit [non-refundable] of £50 per week with balance paid six weeks before arrival.
Late bookings and re-bookings discount available.
Laundry and towels provided on arrival and changed every seven days.
Smoking outside, not in apartment.
The Tenerife region
Tenerife has guaranteed sunshine all-year round. There is much to see in the tourist resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas as well as discovering the towns which are more Spanish and have character and interest such as Orotava, Los Gigantes, and Puerto de La Cruz
The Golf del Sur / The Palms area
The thriving complex of San Blas has a variety of restaurants catering for every taste. There are those serving traditional English food, Chinese, Indian and Italian. The tapas bar is especially recommended
In the complex there are four heated pools, launderette and lively café which serves good food at a reasonable price

The Palms is 5km from Tenerife South airport.
It is a short taxi drive costing a maximum of 15 euros.
Car hire is not essential as all you need is within walking distance of The Palms and there is a bus service if you wish to visit other resorts such as Los Christianos.
If you do, however, wish to hire a car, Auto Reisen and Hertz usually offer good deals.
