About the home

The apartment has open sun drenched balconies to all aspects. It is set in a private and gated complex which ensures seclusion and privacy in complete comfort. It sleeps up to 8 (2 must be children) and has easy access to the pool making it very versatile. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and en suite with jacuzzi bath.It also has its own private balcony.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, with a separate dining area. A travel cot and highchair available for families with children. The spacious lounge offers a range of entertainment with satellite TV and a wide selection of books and
videos on hand for guests. In addition to air conditioning units, ceiling fans are included in all rooms.
For your peace and comfort we have installed triple laminated glazing and insect screens to all patio doors.

The apartment's setting on the top floor means that its balconies are a great place to enjoy the views or just relax and soak up the sun with the confidence of privacy, and the shared pool is a lovely spot to cool off in.Nearby to the pool is a separate children's pool.

Tenerife, especially the Southern part where Golf Del Sur is located, has a lovely sunny and dry climate. Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain) stands nearby, in contrast with the sandy beaches, and the area offers a great range of activities, making the area both picturesque and suitable for those seeking more active pursuits on holiday.
For shopaholics nothing beats a trip to Santa Cruz

The Golf del Sur / Duquesa del Mar area

Golf del Sur is one of the most prestigious areas in Tenerife and the apartment is well-situated to enjoy what it has to offer. Nearby amenities include numerous bars, restaurants and shops, and local excursion agents can arrange anything from car hire to kite boarding. Other options include local gym/spa centres, Tennis,a 27-hole PGA standard golf course, crazy golf and lawn green bowling.There is a local diving school offering plenty of opportunities to divers of all levels.The nearby Marina offers a comprehensive range of sailing.

Sans Blas (Commerecial Centre) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and go-Karting, horse riding, sandy beaches and various watersports are all just ten minutes drive away - the long natural beaches at El Médano (5kms away ) are the best on the Island and often hold windsurfing championships.

For those seeking a lively night life Playa de las Americas is a 15 min drive away.
