The Palms Resort is a beautiful complex that benefits from 4 swimming pools including a children's pool and stunning shrubbery and gardens. There is a restaurant on site as well as a self service laundrette. The small fishing village of Los Abrigos is nearby where you can sample the exquisite fish restaurants. The resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas are only a 15 minute car journey away.

The Tenerife region
The Golf Del Sur is situated just 10 minutes from the airport. The resort is built around a 27 hole championship golf course and next to the 18 hole Amarilla Golf. Although quieter than the main resorts there are a large selection of bars and restaurants which provide nightly entertainment as well as a commercial centre nearby. There is also a bowling green for any keen players. The coastline on the Golf Del Sur provides a nice setting for an evening stroll, with purpose built promenades and a newly constructed marina. The golf is a quieter area of Tenerife and is popular with golf enthusiasts, ideal for families and those who just want to take life easy for a while.
Golf del Sur / The Palms area
The aqua park is a fun day out especially the dolphin show for the kids. Loro park & jungle park are great & not to be missed. An evening watching the medieval knights do battle is also a fantastic night not to be missed Dads will enjoy the huge go karting track in Parque Del Reinia and there is also a quad biking experience in Adeje.
How to get there
Most airlines fly to Tenerife from all major airports in the UK.. Look on www.travelsupermarket.com for the best deal A taxi will cost you approx 15 euros and there are plenty waiting at the airport at all times of the day and night
If you hire a car: On leaving the airport join the TF1 and follow the signs for Adeje/Los Cristianos. the first exit is sign posted los abrigos, leave the motorway at this junction and follow the signs for los abrigos. Youwill then see signs for golf del sur follow these down the hill towards the sea. Over the roundabout with the fountains and past the golf course on your left. The road then bears right and is joined from the left. You are now in a one way system. Continue along this road , keep to the left hand side as the palms is the first resort on your left. No 18 has its own car parking space outside.

Further details indoors: The bungalow has 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite facilities and a comfortable double bed. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a TV/DVD unit which is great for the kids. Separate kitchen which is newly fitted along with both the bathrooms. The en suite has shower facilities whilst the main bathroom has a bath and shower. The spacious lounge has 2 leather sofas, great for relaxing, TV. DVD, stereo CD player, satellite (bbc1, bbc2, itv1, ch4, ch5) & a dining table & chairs. The patio is spacious with a table & chairs for alfresco dining and there's still room for a couple of sun loungers too. If privacy is important the roof terrace is perfect and has stunning sea views and views of Mount Tiede too.

Property Management: This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who have offices in South Tenerife. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge they are close by and on hand should you require them.
They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport for you. Please enquire further about our rates when you have booked.
Conditions
The rental rates quoted are inclusive of bed linen and towels. Beach towels are NOT provided. Please do not take the towels out of the apartment.
We are a non-smoking family so we kindly request that you smoke outside the bungalow please.
25 % non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before your stay.

Having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus as our daughters are aged 13 and 20!!! The complex was surprisingly quiet for the last 2 weeks of the summer holidays but it was wonderful because we had the use of any of the four pools and a choice of any number of sunbeds!! We did notice the planes (you couldnt miss them really) but they did not take anything away from what was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The description of the property was very accurate, the described facilities were very good and it was very spacious compared to other apartments we have stayed in, the complex was well set out and the kids loved the main heated pool, the on site bar/restaurant was quite good and quite resonably priced, there are also a couple of pool tables, air hockey and ping pong to keep the kids occupied. A car is definitely advised to get the best from the surrounding area, also stock up at the main mercadona supermarket in the nearest town as the local place is very expensive.
