The Tenerife region

Whatever you are looking for from your holiday - championship golf, glorious beaches, beautiful scenery, peace and tranquillity or lively entertainment - Golf Del Sur is for you. Conveniently located at just 10 minutes from the airport. The long sandy beaches and lively nightlife of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are also just 15 minutes drive away. A car isn't required, but if you want to explore the island, due to excellent motorway links, Golf Del Sur is the perfect base to do so.
Golf del Sur area
Golf Del Sur is a very pretty holiday resort hosting all the amenities you would expect from a thriving holiday area. It is built around a 27 hole golf course and is well situated on the coast. The streets are lined with sub-tropical palms and flowering plants which all add to the charm of the resort. Just 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the commercial centre where you will find a picturesque square with good quality restaurants, bars and shops. Many have live entertainment. You will find that everyone is welcoming and friendly.
The fishing village of Los Abrigos and quaint harbour is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away. The harbour is lined with tasty yet inexpensive canarian restaurants where all the fish sold here is caught daily.
For nightlife, Golf Del Sur has one nightclub and a karaoke bar or the excitement of Playa De Las Americas is only 15 euros away by taxi.
Golfers can take advanatage of a 15% reduction on green fees.
As well as Golf, the resort has tennis courts, gymnasiums, beauty parlours, crazy golf, diving instruction and a championship bowling green. There is also a beautiful sea water pool buit into the rocks on the Golf Del Sur coast, where a relaxing and refreshing swim can be taken.
The unspoilt beaches of El Medano that have become a windsurfers paradise are only a 10 minute drive away.
A bus stop is only 5 minutes walk. Buses run directly to Playa De Las Americas, Los Christianos, Los Abrigos and Santa Cruz - all where markets can be found.
We are an English couple who rin a property rental business in Tenerife. Our driver is able to meet you at the airport with the keys and drive you to the apartment if required.

The immaculate kitchen has been re-designed to include a Smeg dishwasher and tall fridge freezer as well as an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender.
The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dfrawers, a safe and also a TV so you can watch you favourite programmes in bed! Each window in the apartment has mosquito screens, thus allowing air to circulate.
The complex of Ocean Golf and Country Club is seen as one of the most prestigious in the area and this gorgeous top floor penthouse with high quality furnishings must be one of the best apartments within it!
Whilst still a very new apartment, we actually lived in this apartment for the first 6 months, it therefore has many 'homely' touches that can be missing from other rental apartments. The kitchen was re-designed from new to enable a 'Smeg' dishwasher and 'Smeg' tall fridge freezer. The re-design not only made the apartment appear more spacious, it also places it firmly as one of the most unique apartments in the block.
We are an English couple who run a holiday rental business in Tenerife. Therefore many people book with us in the reassurance that they are getting a high quality privately owned apartment along with the benefit of having us / our company close by should we be needed.
We can provide car hire and also run a very popular taxi meet and greet service from the airport. Please enquire for further details.
The apartment also benefits from having it's own private underground parking space reached via electric gates. The complex has lifts and this will take you up to the top floor.
The balcony also sits over the fairway of the golf course so allows you to watch the golfers go by whilst enjoying a drink in the sun! For your comfort there are sun recliners as well as a patio table with 4 chairs. In the other direction you have gorgeous sea views as soon as seen on the top photo. You also overlook the pool.

Pool is heated in the winter. This is one of the few apartments in the complex that has lift access.
