Close to shops, the area boasts a variety of excellent restaurants and bars, all just around the corner in the resort centre where you will find three pretty squares offering a variety of cuisine, many including entertainment, with the busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas just a short drive away.
Coastal walks are a local feature and the 27 hole golf course is within walking distance, with the many other amenities the south of Tenerife has to offer easily reached by car.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a mild climate all year round. Whatever your holiday needs, these can be catered for.
For the golf fanatic, Tenerife is a paradise offering year round golf. The local 27-hole course offers a challenge to all abilities, with Playa de Las Americas; Amarilla and the championship Adjeke courses all just a short drive away.
Non golfers can enjoy peaceful surroundings with lovely beaches at El Medano and Galletas, together with the long sandy beaches, shopping and night life of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur / San Miguel Village area

Tenerife South offers a wide variety of activities including water sports; whale watching cruises; Mini Golf (crazy golf) at Golf del Sur course, to name but a few. Of course, no trip would be complete without a visit to the famous volcano, Mount Teide and the ‘must see’ Loro Parque (parrot park) to the north of the island.

Just 10 minutes by taxi from Tenerife South Airport with flights from all UK and most European cities daily. Car hire is available and may be arranged on arrival with detailed directions on confirmation of booking.

The open plan living area consists of a spacious lounge with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a bed) and two arm chairs. Satellite television, video recorder, DVD player and CD player with a selection of videos, DVDs, CDs, books and games are also provided.
In the summer months, a ceiling fan helps to maintain a comfortable temperature .
Sliding patio doors (with fly screen) open onto a large garden with lawn, terrace and bar-b-q area allowing cool air and light to flood the villa. The wooden garden furniture is perfect for those balmy evenings and loungers are available for sun worshippers.

The fully fitted kitchen offers modern appliances including: split level, touch operated cooker, microwave cooker, refrigerator, freezer and automatic washing machine. Other equipment includes a kettle, toaster and toastie maker. An extensive range of crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, whilst built in cupboards allow ample storage space.

The cheerful dining area is conveniently situated next to the kitchen, lending itself to cosy family meals.
For the more adventurous cook, the beautiful yew wood table is ideal for a more elaborate dinner party, comfortably seating up to 6 people.

The main bedroom is situated opposite the shower room and adjacent to the main bathroom. It hosts twin beds with additional space for an extra bed for a child. By arrangement in advance, a cot and/or high chair can be supplied.

The second bedroom is twin bedded and situated to the rear of the villa, opposite the main bathroom. French windows open onto an enclosed, fly screened courtyard affording a cool breeze to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

All bed linen is provided on arrival, with a linen service available at an additional charge.

The main bathroom comprises bath with shower, ‘his & her’ double basins with vanity mirror, toilet and full length mirror. In addition, situated opposite the main bedroom is a further bathroom consisting of an enclosed shower cubicle, basin with vanity mirror and toilet. Bathrooms are marble or tiled with towels (including beach towels) included, together with a hair dryer and curling tongues to save suitcase space.

A list of useful telephone numbers including taxis; car hire; restaurants; places to visit; bus time tables may be found in the villa. Additional recommendations, comments and suggestions from guests are invited.

Further details outdoors:
The spectacular sea-water pool is filtered and fed from the sea and a firm favourite with all visitors. Just a short walk from the villa, the pool is emptied and cleaned weekly.
For those who prefer a more conventional swim, the private residents pool, together with children’s pool is on hand. Surrounded by a well kept lawned area, with sunbeds provided and right on the sea front, the pool is accessed via a security swipe card.

All prices are fully inclusive of utility charges, including electricity and hot water.
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and golf fees are available on request.
