About the home

A large 1 bedroom bungalow with its own private parking space right outside the front door.. This secure complex is set in beautiful mature gardens and boast 4 pools, (so there will never be a shortage of sun beds) restaurant / bar and a launderette.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan, 5ft sprung base bed, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the front terrace.
Spacious lounge 40 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan and dining area with patio doors leading to large rear terrace which over looks the garden area and has a table and four chairs, umbrella and sun beds, with the nearest pool being just a few feet away...
The fully fitted kitchen has every thing you need……microwave, new oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine…
Newly refurbished bathroom to a high standard with twin wash hand basins, walk in shower, toilet.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife offers the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its spectacular volcanic scenery and distinctive black sands. There are plenty of watersports on offer and a vibrant nightlife. Los Cristianos is an old fishing village, with ferry trips to the secluded islands of La Gomera and El Hierro which both boast dramatic scenery.

The Golf del Sur / The Palms area

The Palms is one of several complexes built within a Golf Course area, close to the sea, known as Golf Del Sur
the course opened in 1987,and has hosted the European PGA ‘Open de Tenerife’ four times, has 27 holes and an interesting layout with its black volcanic sand bunkers and wide fairways. While at Golf del Sur, why not try and beat Karl Woodard’s longest recorded drive of 408 yards!

The Palms is an established complex, which consists of 108 properties, either bungalow or duplex set in beautiful mature gardens, with a choice of 4... Yes 4 !!! pools. There is also a restaurant / bar, and laundrette on the complex.
Golf Del Sur is 10 minute drive from the airport. Within easy walking distance are golf, bowls, putting, bars and restaurants. Los Cristianos, and Las Americas, are a short drive a way for those of you who like shop till you drop.........

“A relaxing holiday” this comfortable bungalow is very close to all local amenities including golf courses the complex has 4 pools 2 big 2 small for residents only the pools and surrounding are spotless

“Perfect 1st family holiday” Bungalow was lovely. Was very clean. The bathroom was gorgeous! Was our 1st holiday away with the baby, and was perfect. There was easy access to many places. The bus stop was literally over the road. The pool bar offered good value food for money, but there was plenty of choice to eat a short walk away. Already arranging our next holiday. The complex itself kept very clean and tidy too. We got WIFI in the pool bar and pool area too. Response: We are delighted that you found everything to your taste and enjoyed your holiday. “"A perfect retreat"” I have gone to Tenerife with my daughter (20 - disabled) and stayed at 17 The Palms the past 2 years and throughly enjoyed our stay each time. The bungalow is maintained to a very high standard and the grounds of the Palms are beautifully well kept. There are 4 pools and a bar & restaurant. The food is good value for money, there is entertainment on every night and the staff are excellent. It's only a short distance by bus to Los Christianos & Las Americas with the bus stop being just across the road from the Palms. Everyone is very friendly and we have now made some good friends who we have met there. We will be booking to go there again next year. (I've ticked that there is no wi-fi in the property but there is free wi-fi in the resaurant/bar area)

“Clean, comfortable rental within nice complex.” The booking and service was very simple and straightforward. We found the owners very obliging meeting our requirements. The property and surrounding area and gardens provided all we required for our stay with an onsite restaurant and entertainment. Local supermarkets are approx. 5 minutes walk with the larger supermarkets and other restaurants about 30 minutes walk. We found the local buses very convenient for requirements, with bus stop just outside the complexe.
