Very spacious, newly refurbished 2 Bedroom Apartment. 2 Bathrooms (one en suite). Plenty of wardrobe space. Separate Kitchen with new appliances and adjacent utility room. The Lounge has a sofa, dining table and chairs, Flat Screen TV, DVD player and ipod docking station. The balcony has sun loungers and table/chairs. There are lifts and ramps to all areas so the complex is also child/wheelchair friendly. The Front Entrance of the apartment is on ground level. There's ample on street parking although a hire car would not be essential as there is a bus stop outside and taxis are readily available. A 5 minute walk will get you to the local supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and the seafront. The complex has a flood lit bowling green, newly refurbished heated pool (with children's area), Bistro bar and restaurant. Although the airport is just 15 minutes way, the apartment is not directly under the flight path.

The apartment is light, bright and spacious with a large balcony. Having only just purchased the property (November 2011), we have fully refurbished with new furniture, kitchen appliances and redecorated throughout.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, built in wardrobes, en suite bathroom and bay window. Ceiling Fan.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds,folding bed, built in wardrobes and window overlooking the balcony.
En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with bath, shower fitting over bath, WC and basin.
Second bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Separate fully equipped kitchen. Oven, hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. All cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
Separate utility room adjacent to Kitchen with washing machine, Ironing board and iron.
Lounge: Spacious, bright lounge with sliding doors out to large balcony with additional patio furniture. Comfortable settee, Dining table and chairs. Flat screen TV, DVD player with a selection of films and ipod docking station. Ceiling fan.Cabinet housing books, games, property information and leaflets on the local area and the attractions throughout Tenerife.

There is an outdoor shared swimming pool (heated in winter), fully enclosed making it a safe environment for children. A flood lit bowling green with shoe and bowl hire. On site Bistro Bar with sports TV and regular live entertainment, Rendezvous restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. A health spa featuring a gym, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi is available for guests at very reasonable cost in the Aquamarina Hotel just across the road.
There is a bus stop/taxi rank just outside the complex.
As well as many golf courses, the area has many first class leisure activities.

Prices are applicable to 2 people sharing. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and an additional charge of £40 per person per week is charged over and above the weekly rates detailed above.
Linen and Towels are included. Weekly linen change is all included in the price.
£100 per week non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment with the balance becoming payable no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay. We also ask for a deposit of £50 which is refunded in full when the keys are returned and providing no serious damage has occurred; minor breakages (ie a couple of broken glasses) do not result in the loss of this deposit.
Our changeover day is flexible. Guests must depart by 10am on the day of departure. The apartment is usually not ready for arrival until 2pm. Should you wish to leave later in the day we may be able to organise this for an additional fee.
Smoking is not allowed within the apartment or on the premises.

The Tenerife region
The weather in Tenerife is one of the islands' main attractions, making it an excellent choice for a holiday at any time of the year.
There is plenty for families to do e.g. Aqualand, Jungle Park, Go-karting & Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park. Full details are available from the Bowling Green Reception and they can also organise your transport.
Siam Park Tenerife is the newest and most exciting water park in Europe! Set in a tropical oasis which reflects the ancient kingdom of Thailand, you can enjoy some of the most breath-taking water rides ever created by man. If relaxation is for you, the white sandy beach is where you can relax with a drink while watching the surfers tackle the waves on the giant wave pool. Themed restaurants and cafe bars can be found throughout the park. Regardless of age, the water kingdom of Siam appeals to families of every generation. All this just 10 minutes drive away.
To the north of the island is Loro Park complete with killer whales,planet penguin, dolphins and much much more.
Mount Teide is a must see. It is the third largest volcano on earth (12,400 feet) and was most famously used for the filmimg of Stars Wars. Take a cable car to the top.
There are many organised tours that will pick you up from the front of Winter Gardens. These run both day and evening, including the Medieval Night.

The Golf del Sur / Winter Gardens area
The Winter Gardens complex has a shared swimming pool which is heated in winter, a flood lit bowling green, coaching lessons available with shoe and bowl hire from the shop. Bowls bar and restaurant.
A 5 minute walk takes you to the seafront, small beach and new marina. There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets in this area. The restaurants include Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, Spanish & Italian.
The new marina now has its own bar and cafe. There is also the yellow submarine safari which takes you 30 meteres below the Atlantic Ocean to view the seaworld.
A 10 minute walk along the coast takes you to The Golf’s San Blas Square, where you will find everything you require such as, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe, cash points and live nightly entertainment. For day to day requirements there are several small supermarkets.
A short drive away is El Madano which has lovely beaches and hosts the annual wind surfing championships. Los Abrigos is close by and is renowned for its seafood restaurants.
Short walk or drive to the 27 hole Golf del Sur Championship Course and the prestigious Amarilla Golf Course. There are plenty other golf courses within driving distance.
