Privately owned and managed by the owners NEW modern apartment with lift access ,perfect location for a family holiday or a golfing trip with friends.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with twin beds which can zip together to make a double, dressing table, bed side cabinets,floor to ceiling mirror wardrobesand ceiling fan, it's own patio with a small table and two chairs, perfect for intimate breakfasts.The other also has twin beds,mirror wardrobes and bedside cabinet. There is also a double and a single bedsettee in the lounge.(in case of snoring!!) The kitchen is marble & has a full oven,dishwasher,toaster and all crockery,glasses,and in a separate laundryroom a washing machine.All electric, Fully tiled bathroom with bidet,bath/shower. The lounge has two 3 seater sofas,and a glass coffee table ,bookshelf & TV DVD CD and English saterlite programs.The lounge opens on to a large wrap round patio with table and chairs plus a recliner. The swimming pool and childs pool with gardens are just below and FREE sun beds.Central location close to many restaurants and bars right in the middle of Golf Del Sur village.Children are welcome evrywhere.
Most bars show football and other sporting events on large screens.A new marina with a seafront walkway lined with restaurants is minutes away.In the marina you can rent a boat or take a trip in a submarine!Minutes walk to the championship golf gourses of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf.Children under 14 play FREE .(With fee paying adults)
Only a short drive ( 15 minutes) into Las Americas or Los Cristianos or take the local bus.The bus stop is right outside the apartment complex.The beaches are a great favourite with adults as well as children.Not to mention the shopping.

The Tenerife region
Golf del sur is in the south of the island only a 15 minute drive from the airport,it is an ideal location for holidays as it is close to the motorway giving acess to the whole of the island,for example if you want to paraglide the beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are a 10/15 minute drive or if you want to watch the world windsurfing and new windboard sports El Medano beach in the other direction is only 15 minutes away,the little villages in the mountains on the way to mount Teide are steeped in tradition and you may see a local Fiesta. The daily temperature rarely goes below 22 centigrade and the sea temperature is normally 19!! that“s why they call Tenerife the fortunate islands.
Golf del Sur / Residencial San Miguel Golf area
There are 7 golf courses all within 1 to 2 hours drive,the nearest is 4 minutes!!There are weekly competitions for all standards from the novice to the scratch player .Practice facilitys are perfect a bucket of balls is only 2 Euros. If the beach is your thing you are spoilt for choice,from a natural rocky beach at 100 meters away to miles of sandy beaches in all directions.There are daily boat trips to see the whales and dolphinsand even take a dive in a yellow submarine..Fabulous views of sea and mountans perfect for hiking.Horse riding is also very close.If diving is your thing Tenerife has many Paddy dive schools and boat trips.
Golf del sur is not only for golfers,there are many sports in the village and around such as: tennis, bowls, squash, fishing and several gyms for those who want to keep fit! We also have a very popular outdoor bowls greens, available day or night. In Las Americas there is a water park for all to enjoy. Every Friday is a local market held for all those souveniers,Saturday and Sunday is a local produce market,lots of things to try.
Santa Cruz is the home of Carnival every February but every village around the island has its own and each one has wonderful firework displays.For children we also have mini golf and short mat bowls. Santa Cruz the capital is a 40 minutes drive with more shops and museums.
In Puerto de la Cruz the world famous Loro Parque is a must day out.There is a very popular sea pool just a few yards away from the apartment and lots of rock pools for the children to explore,as well as Dad!The very popular San Blas shopping and bar area is just a few minutes walk away,perfect for evening entertainment while you eat outside.

We can arrange for a local competitive car hire company to meet you at the airport. From Dublin with Ryan air or air lingus. From Dublin special flights to the north airport with Ryan Air.
