The Golf del Sur is an up market area that is renowned for its safety and security, being completely different to the hustle and bustle of the bigger resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, but at the same time having everything close at hand for a fantastic family or romantic holiday.

No.36 is a ground-floor corner unit. It has windows in every room, and ceiling fans in lounge/living area, and all bedrooms. It is ideal for families with young children as it is within a few yards of the pool area, and the children can be watched in the pool from the apartment and the terrace.
Winter Gardens has it's own restaurant, and also a cafe/bar with al fresco area adjacent to the bowls green.
There are numerous excellent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, and along the seafront , (which is only about 200 meters from Winter Gardens). There are a couple of small supermarkets just across the road, and a 20/25 Min walk will take you to the Golf's centre, San Blas Square, where you will find all manner of services, banks, bars, restaurants, Live entertainment, shops etc.

Apart from the communal Pools for both adults and children, Winter Gardens has the only Floodlit International Bowls Green in Tenerife, where you can try-out your skills at this family sport.
There is also a restaurant and Bar, and a Snooker Room, on site. The whole complex is ramped for easy wheel-chair access, and everywhere is beautifully planted with palms and other tropical plants.
Further details
The rental rates quoted are fully inclusive of linen/ towels and cleaning prior to and after your holiday. For those enjoying a two week stay there is a mid term linen and towel change included. Travel cot-sand high chairs can be rented at a small extra charge.
Conditions
A confirmation deposit of £150 per week booked is required at time of booking , with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Golf del Sur is situated on the south east corner of the island, about 5 kms. from Tenerife South Airport.
For those who do not wish to hire a car, buses run from outside the complex to Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos etc.
Coach tours to all parts of the Island including the Capital of Santa Cruz, The world famous Loro Parque, Mount Tiede etc ., can be arranged from the Golf del Sur.
The Golf del Sur / Winter Gardens area
Sailing, water sports and fishing is available at the new San Blas Marina just across the road from Winter Gardens.
The traditional fishing village of Los Abrigos, with it's array of superb fish restaurants is within walking distance or a five minute drive from the golf.
