Home description

Recently refurbished spacious one bedroom apartment. Large through lounge/dining area with 2 leather sofa - one is double sofa bed.
The bedroom area with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and 2 bedside cabinets.
Leading from the lounge is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table, chairs for al fresco dining. BBQ. Sunbed and sun canopy. Early morning sun falls on the balcony, and remains there for most of the day. Here you will see some magnificent sun rises.

The owners have included many extras including washing machine, air conditioning, safe, Flat screen TV with English/movie channels. DVD and CD system.

There is a local Netto supermaket, various banks, bars, restaurants and night club. All within easy walking distance and in a safe environment..

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has long been a magnet for those seeking all year sunshine temperatures mainly range between 20-30 deg

Fly to Reina Sofia Airport. 5km by car/taxi to San Miguel turnoff. Golf del sur has it's own unique atmosphe. (taxi fare approx 15 euro).
Golf del sur hosts it's own market - every Friday outside Aquamarina Hotel.

15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Bus stop outside the complex, travel around the island, cost approx 1.80 euro

Picuresque historic fishing villiage of Los Abrigos within walking distance, with it's famous sea food restaurants and vibrant night markets. Every September Los Abrigos´ awe-inspiring fiesta can be seen. Thousands of spectators watch the sky burst into colour as an exuberant firework display pays tribute to the patron saint of fisherman. These celebrations are legendary among the Cararians and many travel to the spactacle each year

El Medano's excellent beach holds the world windsurfing championships.

Winter Gardens ( There is a floodlit bowling green where lessons are available.) - is a short walk away.

Siam Park - water theme park - largest in Europe is approx 15min away by car/taxi./Bus. Taxi fare approx 26 euros. The aqua park is a similar distance.

Karting 10 mins drive away.

Golf del Sur / Terrazas de La Paz area

Due to the tranquillity of the Golf del Sur this resort is ideal for those who wish to really chill out and relax on holiday. You won’t find the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts here. Only recently is Golf del Sur becoming more popular with the tourist, many still have yet to discover it.

Other activities nearby:- Horse Riding, Fishing and 8 floodlit Green gauge Bowling Green. Water Park. Atlantic Spa with its spa, whirlpools, hydro-massage, Jacuzzi, massage and gym. PADI Dive Centre.

The complex is also in an ideal location for golfers wanting to play on the championship Golf Del Sur course as it is literally over the road from its rolling fairways. The 1st tee and the driving ranges just a 5 - 10 minute walk from the complex.
It is very well positioned less than 5 minutes walk from the commercial centre of San Blas and its many good quality boutiques, restaurants, bars and outdoor evening entertainment. Children welcome.
Terrazas de la paz has a restaurant/bar on site. The famous 'Big Al' from St. Andrews, opened his doors in June 08 - 'steaks to die for' at affordable prices in this new sensation in dining. you can enjoy amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Montaña Roja. whilst enjoying your meal. Most evenings have entertainment. An ambiance like no other. Terrace bar opens 5pm - midnight.

Most tourists who have taken a holiday on this resort return time and time again, they simply fall in love with the area and the friendly staff they encounter in the bars and restaurants, many of which make you feel at home and due to the high proportion of residents on the Golf del Sur, you’ll find many locals around who are more than happy to talk to you and guide you on the best places to visit and the best places to wine and dine.

The large pool is heated. The gardens are well maintained.
Although a car is not essential whilst staying in Golf del Sur, it is highly recommeded for exploring all the local attractions in other nearby locations. e.g. Mount Tiede, Puerto de la Cruz, Loto Park, Santa Cruz - ensure you visit Santa Cruz during February during carnival season. Los Christianos 10 mins drive away and Las Americas 15 mins. There is a local bus service, the stop is just outside reception. Also taxi service nearby.

Just had the most fabulous laid back holiday. Your apartment slept 5 adults comfortably (with zed bed). We all just loved the area - chill out - yes. We spent most of our days lazing around the sea front swimming pool, and diving into the sea. fabulous. We walked all around the area and love it. Next time we want a longer break. Had a fabulous relaxing break during our stay in your beautiful apartment. The area has so much to offer from scuba diving and swimming in the rock pool. Good walks along the sea front (stop for happy hour at El Nautico bar with fabulous views of the ocean across to Los Abrigos and Montana Roja). We stumbled across the new San Blas hotel and the environmental reserve, this area is rich in history with caves and artifacts. If you prefer Tenerife with a taste of tradition this is the area to holiday, gorgeous unspoilt walks and traditional canarian beaches and not a hint of Blackpool.
