About the home

Spacious one bed bungalow situated in a beautiful quiet safe residential complex.

Bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and acess to the front terrace.The newly refurbed (july 2010)main bathroom now has a large walk in shower, twin sinks and a wc. there is also a separate clockroom. A large american style kitchen with oven hob. microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fully equipped for 4 people.

The large lounge area has a double sofa bed, armchair, Large wall mounted flat screen Television (with uk stations) DVD player and CD player with radio, a selection of CDs and DVDs are provided free of charge. A patio door then leads you onto the large rear terrace where there is a table with 4 chairs, 2 comfortable sun loungers with matresses.

Steps lead up to roof terrace where there are great views of Mount Teide and Amarilla Golf. From the rear terrace you are a few yards from the pools and onsite bar/restaurant

The Tenerife region

Tenerife benefits from all year round sunshine, making it a popular destination for holidays both winter and summer. The Golf Del Sur is a great hot spot, ideal for golfers, walkers and sun worshipers alike. It caters for both the active holiday or a nice relaxing break. A 10-15 minute taxi ride will take you to Los Christianos with its lovely beaches and nightlife.

The Golf del Sur / The Palms area

The Palms is located a 5 min walk from 2 great golf courses. It benefits from a friendly on site bar/restaurant and 3 comunial pools.
Near by there are lots of great friendly bars/ restaurants. and in San blas you can find plentyfull shopping and yet more great restaurants and bars. other activities near by include an outdoor Go-carting track, large waterpark,zoo,bowls and lots of fishing (either boat trips or off the rocks). and other boat excursions. there is plenty of information and leaflets on site and at the local shops/hotels.
There is great windsurfing at El Medano (15 mins drive)
For great fish restaurants go to Los Abrigos with its lovely old harbour (25 mins coastal walk)
