This lovely villa is without doubt the highest quality accommodation on our books. With a recent 100,000 euros refurbishment we have been meticulous in the redesign. Workmanship is to the highest quality and no expense has been spared in the furnishings and decor.
Couple this with a brand new layout that has turned this villa into a 4 bed 4 bath villa and you have something extremely unique. Where else can you find accommodation to this standard that has a bathroom per bedroom!! Stunning!
Situated in one of the most picturesque and prestigious areas in Golf Del Sur. Being in it's own private community yet just a few hundred yards of the resort centre, it offers the prefect combination of tranquility and entertainment. All this, and just yards away from an ice cream parlour selling an abundance of flavours of some of the nicest natural ice cream you have ever tasted!!!

The Tenerife region
Perfect for golfers and non-golfers alike. Whatever you are looking for from your holiday - championship golf, glorious beaches, beautiful scenery, peace and tranquillity or lively entertainment - Golf Del Sur is for you. Conveniently located at just 10 minutes from the airport. The long sandy beaches and lively nightlife of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are also just 15 minutes drive away. A car isn't required, but if you want to explore the island, due to excellent motorway links, Golf Del Sur is the perfect base to do so.
Golf del Sur / San Miguel Village area
Enjoying one of the best locations in the area, when you’re sat in the garden its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!
In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A 5-10 walk from the villa will take you to the new marina where there are some really pretty sea front restaurants and bars. A 5 minute drive takes you to the Spanish Village of Los Abrigos where there is a harbour full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
We are an English couple who run a holiday rental business here in Tenerife. We have a driver who can meet you at the airport if required. Many people book in the reassurance we are close by should we be needed during your stay.

Further details indoors: The spacious living room gives you plenty of space to stretch out and relax. From here you look out through the pato doors, over the garden to the sea. There are 3 gorgous brown leather sofas: 2 x 3 seaters and 1 x 2 seater. The 32 inch TV has a unque satellite TV sytem picking up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.
Sleeping up to 8 people, each of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The main upstairs bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. It also has it's own balcony (see above picture) with lovely sea views which is a gorgeous spot to take breakfast or just people watch as they wander by!!
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is opposite. The 3rd bedroom has two twins, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan, again with it's own bathroom opposite. The 4th bedroom has twin beds and an en suite with bath and shower. It is probably the biggest bathroom of them all!
All rooms in the villa have ceiling fans.
Raised up and separate from the living room is the dining area. This looks out over the livng room to the garden and the sea. The table can be folded out to become even bgger and set lengthways if extra room is required.
From the dining area is this luxurious and extremely spacious kitchen, including a tall fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and extractor fan. There is also a separate utility / storage area.
Further details outdoors: The villa has it's own completely private (surrounded by hedges) perfect for lazing aways in the sunshine. Half of the terrace is under the pergola which offers shade and the rest of the terrace / gardens has all day sunshine.
The villa shares an exclusive pool area right on the sea front which is literally the best in the area. Access to it is by swipe card so only owners and their guests can use to this priviledged area. You can be guaranteed it will be peaceful and quiet.
Set in beautifully landscaped gardens rght on the sea front there is one huge pool and one small children's one.

Christmas is a flat rate of £1250 per week regardless of party size.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card online via our website.
A 25% deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks prior.
