Welcome to Terrazas de La Paz a residential complex situated on the Golf del Sur. This apartment is located in a perfect place to enjoy the many aspects of Tenerife..The property has ground floor access with spectacular views of the atlantic ocean , ideal for any one with mobility problems as there are no steps to access the apartment.The apartment has all the usual features including colour tv with all five english channels,sky news a film channel, DVD and CD player, the apartment also has a selection of films and books just in case you want a night in .Sliding glass doors lead out on to a large private balcony with table and chairs to enable out door dining and relaxation, with views of the atlantic ocean and Mount Teide, you will get the sun from early morning till late afternoon. A folder in the apartment gives information on the area.The complex has two pools one heated in the winter months. The apartment is centrally located and within easy reach of the restaurants,bars and golf courses.A new restaurant has opened on the complex and has got to be one of the best in the area well worth a try.

Karting Karting Tenerife The Karting Club de Tenerife is situated approx 7km from Los Cristianos, just off the TF1 Motorway on the road to Guaza - Las Chafiras. A free bus services operates from the centre of Playa de las Americas, and also a free mini bus service is available from most hotel receptions on request. The track is of international standard and has 5 different models of kart for hire upon age and experience. In addition for those not racing, you will find a bar, cafeteria and extensive viewing terraces. BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Reina Sofia- 10km. BY ROAD: Follow the TF1 sign for Los Cristianos. Take the first exit (62). Follow the signs for Los Abrigos, Las Galletas, NOT San Miguel. Turn right at the roundabout and across at the next, following signs for TF65 (El Guincho, Los Abrigos). Follow signs for Golf del Sur (on right). Go across the roundabout into Golf del Sur. Bear right following the road round,this brings you onto the one way system,follow the road down the palms resort is on your left as you go a lttle further on the left you come to the Golf and Country Club,the Angus steak house is to your left,go onto the right side of the road Terrazas De La Paz is a short distance further on the right just before the Sands Club.If you miss the entrance keep driving on the right side of the road follow the signs for san blas this road will take you round the back of TDLP and brings you back to the main road. Further details indoors: The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 4 hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The fully equipped bathroom has a bath with over head shower, wc, bidet and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The bedroom has twin beds with bedside lamps and cabinets a large fitted wardrobe. A security safe is also permanently fitted for the use of our guests. There is also an iron, ironing board, airer with pegs. A welcome pack is supplied on arrival (free of charge) providing tea, coffee, milk, water and sugar.
Further details outdoors: The balcony has a large table with 4 chairs (2 recline for sunbathing). Guest have use of the two swimming pools,both have shallow children’s pools. Both fresh water pools are close to the apartment and have sun beds with umbrellas. These areas are kept clean and tidy by complex staff.

If guests book for two weeks a mid term towel and linen change are included in the price but not an apartment clean. Please do not use the apartment towels for the pool. This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company (jdh properties) . They are local to the resort if you need there services.

Very impressed by this apartment. Had a very relaxing week. Enjoyed a trip up Teide, had some fantastic meals and loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine before settling to watch a film after a long days sunbathing. Will defiantly be going back.
Had a week in November, weather was hot and sunny. Apartment was nicely set out and secure. Used the local bus, which stops just outside the apartment complex, to go visit Los Cristianos for a days shopping and then again to have a evening meal
We had a lovely time. Your apartment was great and we enjoyed watching your DVDs. Weather wasn’t bad either if very windy the second half of the week. I’m sure we’ll use it again and have recommended it to friends and family. Many thanks.
