Recently extended and refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow ( completed June 2006 ). Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside cabinets either side, large dressing table and a full wall of fitted, mirrored wardrobes. French doors lead out to a front sun terrace. The second bedroom is smaller, containing double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The extended living/dining area is spacious and includes two double sofabeds, an armchair as well as dining table and four chairs. There is a t.v. dvd and cd player. Patio doors lead out onto large, freshly tiled sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking one of the four pools of the complex. In addition there is roof terrace with further patio furniture. The property also benefits from a fully fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar area. The fully refurbished, ultra modern bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, toilet and separate luxury jet shower cubicle. There is also a separate refurbished cloakroom. A safety deposit box has been fitted for use free of charge.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the ideal location for an all-year-round break as it has something for everyone. Twelve months of sunshine, good beaches, good food, world renowned nightlife and championship golf courses. Golf del Sur is a short taxi ride from the larger resorts of Los Christianos and Las Americas and app 40 mins from the historic capital Santa Cruz, making it the perfect base. The golf courses encompas and intersect the resort making it extremely picturesque, and, because it has not been overdeveloped, there is a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Golf del Sur / The Palms area
You are just a 5 min stroll from the clubhouse of the 27 hole championship course on the Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf is app. 15 mins away. An idylic 25 min stroll up the coastline brings you to the fishing village of Los Abrigos with its' quaint harbour and renowned fish restaurants. Horse riding is available close to Amarilla Golf and the large Aquapark, Go-karting park and the Zoo short taxi rides away. The volcano Mount Teide is visible up the hillside from the resort and this must see attraction can be booked just round the corner. San Blas is the main shopping, bar and restaurant area of the resort and is just a 15 min stroll from the Palms ( 4 euros in a taxi ). Here you have a wide selection of international cuisine and nightlife until the early hours. There is also a newly consrtucted health spa just 150 yards down the road offering an array of massage, spa and beauty treatments.
How to get there
- Fly to Tenerife - The Golf del Sur resort is just 10mins. taxi ride from the airport. - Regular flights from all UK airports all year round - many low cost airlines now offering flights to the island. - Car hire firms widely available and local buses run regularly between the airport, The Golf del Sur and other popular resorts on the island. - Always an abundancy of local taxis available - the fare should be no more than 12 euros.

Safety deposit box installed for use free of charge. New PVCu shutters and doors to front and rear. SATELLITE T.V. INSTALLED OCTOBER 2006 GIVING ACCESS TO ALL MAJOR ENGLISH CHANNELS. I.E. BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CHANNEL 4.
Further details outdoors: One of the four pools on the complex is located directly outside the rear gate of no.37. The main pool on the complex is heated for all year round comfortable bathing. The family run Palms bar/restaurant is a lovely two minute stroll up through the well maintained gardens and grounds of the complex. It serves food and drink all day and has entertainment most nights. Other facilities include an on-site launderette.(only 12m from rear patio, adjacent to pool).
