The complex is situated a mere 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. A 2 minute walk to the new marina will bring you to a lovely promenade lined with restaurants and bars.
Park Albatros is a thriving holiday complex with a wealth of facilities with everything you could ever need on hand. A 24 hour reception, daily activities, a pool bar and a restaurant with live acts at night all add to the lovely holiday atmosphere that Park Albatros holds.
This one bedroom holiday apartment has two baconies one of which overlooks the pool and gets the morning and afternoon sun. The back balcony has sea and golf views and gets the evening sunshine - the perfect combination!! All around the complex there are beautiful landscaped gardens with waterfall and an abundance of tropical plants and flowers.
This is the ideal location for a family holiday.

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge has a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. Satellite t.v. and a DVD Player are provided for your entertainment as well as an electric fan to keep you cool.
In the kitchen there is a full size oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster.
Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, cupdoard space and there is an iron and clothes dryer for your convenience.
Bathroom: The bathroom offers a bath with shower, a w.c. and a marble topped sink.
Balcony: The apartment has two balconies one which looks over the pool and offers a table & chairs and a clothes dryer.
Beverages & Linen: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Bath towels and linen are provided at the beginning of your stay.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The complex itself has two swimming pools, a lifeguard, 24 hour reception, bar, restaurant, kid´s play area, a laundrette and a supermarket. The pool is heated between November and April.

Tenerife benefits from an all year round tropical climate, with an average temperature of 25 degrees celcius..
There are many places to visit and things to do, all close by. Some of them include Mount Teide, the aquapark with daily dolphin shows, and loroparque, a nature reserve.
The Golf del Sur / Royal Parque Albatros area
A 100m from Parque Albatros are several shops and restaurants.
Also close by is a pleasant coastal walk which runs through to San Blas and Los Abrigos.
There is a marina within a 2 minute walk with excellent international restaurants.
1 mile away is San Blas village with a great variety of shops and restaurants, with daily entertainment in the main square.
There are banks, car hire, and exchange bureaus all within walking distance.
There are 2 golf courses in the area (Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf)which are playable all year round.
Directly next door is Winter Gardens with luxury bowling greens, drinks, food and other entertainments.
Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas are 15-20 minutes away by car.

The apartment itself is in the perfect position for the complex with great access to the pool and bar/restaurant area. There is also a balcony at the front and back of the apartment, which is good for catching the sun for longer. There are a number of good restaurants within a two minute walk all worth checking out, especially the Chinese, which are all reasonably priced. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a break in the sun. |

4th year at 230 Parque Albatross and booking again for next year so it is clear that we are very happy with the accomodation and its position on the complex. Great views of the pool from one balcony and serious sunshhine on the other. Being on the first floor gives a real sense of security but down one set of stairs gives excellent access to the pool area. The pool is the fantastic, large and a superb temperature. The apartment has everything you need, home from home and if anything goes wrong like a leaky kettle ,Maggie is great at responding very quickly. Cannot imagine October without our stay at 230!! |

We have just returned from apartment 230 and must say we really enjoyed our stay
It is the best positioned for the daily run for sun beds when the pool opens at 9am and ideal for leaving the complex when going to the local supermarket and restaurants.
If in the future if we do not use our Infiniti points to stay at the complex we would not hesitate to use the apartment again

My daughters and I had a lovely holiday. The weather was great and the
apartment was very comfortable. The new kitchen has certainly made a
difference. The main living area is now very spacious and the extra
storage space and large fridge were most benefical. I certainly made
good use of thecooker and washing machine.
I have stayed within the Parque Albatros complex a number of times over
the last few years but 230 has certainly been the best apartment for
us. Aside from the reasons listed above, the situation of the apartment
was perfect, close to pool and park, and very secure indeed. Having the
sun on the main balcony from early afternoon was brilliant for me as it
meant that I could continue to enjoy the sunshine for a few hours
whilst my young daughters rested inside.
The apartment was very clean on arrival which I appreciated.

"The apartment was neat, clean and had all the basic things you need. Some very thoughtful touches were added in preparation for our arrival, like milk and bottled water. Front balcony over looks the pool, which I must say is very well maintained and a very good size, with plenty of sun loungers. The restaurant on the complex was good. Complex was very well located for a variety of restaurants and excellent as a golfing location. I would recommend this apartment for 1 to 4 persons but I'm not sure you could comfortably fit 5 people in it, as the description says. Its a great little apartment give it a try. P.S. We would like to thank John who looks after the apartment, who came to our rescue so quickly when we locked ourselves out. "

"We had a fabulous holiday, the apartment was perfect for us, it was very spacious, clean and welcoming and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed for a trouble free stay including a handy welcome pack of milk and water etc. Also as it was located so near to the pool it meant that I could let my girls go and swim with their friends while I stayed on the patio with a long cool drink and a good book! That's my idea of a good holiday - I didn't have to worry about organising something everyday to keep my girls entertained - they could play and make friends and I could relax without having to worry as they were close by and safe! The entertainment in the restaurant in the evenings was pretty good, the food was reasonably priced and the staff there very friendly so it was nice to feel that you didn't have to cook every night or venture far for a meal out. If you did fancy a night on the tiles, we found that the apartment was well located within easy reach of local restaurants and night life and for daytime activities the staff on the reception desk were very helpful with arranging days out, all very efficient!
I would definitely recommend Parque Albatros and your apartment to anyone wanting a family friendly holiday where you get to relax and make friends and there's lots to see and do but not lots of rowdy 20-somethings keeping everyone awake all night with their partying!
I would also like to say that on the recommendation in the paperwork you sent, we went to the seafood restaurant close by on my daughter's 11th birthday (she loves seafood!) the food was superb, she and I shared the special seafood paella which was incredible to say the least, that's a birthday meal she'll remember for a long time!
