Bedroom has a superking bed that can become 2 singles,fitted wardrobes and access to front terrace,bathroom has twin sinks and new wet roomh,modern american style kitchen with washing machine,lounge with dining area and sofa bed and chair,TV has BBC1/BBC2/ITV1 AND CHANNEL 4 as well as other stations,large back patio with sun loungers, opening on to choice of two of the four pools and access to roof terrace with table and chairs. on both patio's.private parking space.

The bungalow was a previously a timeshare resort now privately owned villas with money being spent on the complex.The bungalow has a choice of two pools at the top end of the complex one with heating in the winter months outside your patio,with two pools at the bottom end of the complex also a pool bar/restaurant on the complex and all set in private gardens,
There may be some aircraft noise.

Tenerife is great all year long resort with plenty of things to see and plenty of sunshine,with great fishing or take a trip to La Gomera from the ferry at Los Cristianos.See Mount Tiede,Santa Cruz take in the cliffs at Los Gigantes there are to many places to mention.

The Golf del Sur / The Palms area

The golf has a 27 hole championship golf course only 5mins walk with mini golf course or 5 minutes walk to bowls at winter gardens.Walk or bus to the lovely fishing village of Los Abrigos or 5mins more on the bus to the great beaches and windsurfing at El Medano,but get the bus the other way to the harbour and beaches at Los Cristianos and lively Playa Las Americas next door to it.

“nice property in a good location” a great base on a lovely private complex very clean nice pools and gardens good restraunts and bars nearby fantastic for golfers not far from the airport hence some aircraft noise but thats to be expected but only a short taxi journey to be in your bungallow only 30 minutes after landing is a big bonus there is a bus service to christianos and americas for those who want a livlier day or night out and you can walk to san blas a complex of shops bars and resraunts which is very good there is a place only ten minutes walk away called aberdeen angus fantastic food and great service and good value for money 3 courses for 9 euros and a pint of local beer 1 euro the clubhouse on the complex is good for lunch i will definatley stay here again the owner of the bungallow janet newit is very freindly and was very helpfull with any information we needed

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed staying at your apartment.We found it much more spacious than others we had stayed in and spent most of our time on the roof sunbathing. Den.
