The property benefits from an Entrance hall, leading onto a fully equipped American style fitted kitchen which leads to a Lounge with patio doors onto a balcony with pool and sea views. There are two bedrooms / two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a separate w.c. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
The owners have taken great care to create a home from home environment for themselves and for the benefit of their guests and hope you enjoy the property as much as they do!

The Tenerife region

Ideal for Golfers, walkers or just to chill out.
Championship golf courses, gorgious scenery, beaches and entertainment all within walking distance, but if you like a much more lively nightlife the towns of Los Christianos and Playa Las Americas are only 10 - 15 mins drive away and they also offers long sandy beaches.Golf Del Sur is an ideal base for all the attractions and is located 5-10 minutes from the airport.
The Tenerife climate is virtually a guarantee for sunshine all year round.

Golf del Sur / The Palms area

There are 2 golf courses locally with one almost on the door step(4 mins walk)and another one 10 mins by car.The Golf Del Sur course is a27 hole championship course,with the Amarillo golf course havig a signature hole where you drive over the sea.You can perhaps take advantage of horse riding,deepsea fishing or go on one of the many tours available to suite all tastes.Fishing is available all over the island but is especially good at Los Abrigos just down the road with its quaint harbour and locally caught fish !

How to get there

The property is approximately 10 mins from the airport and is approached by taking the TF1 motorway heading toward Los Christianos.You take the first exit from the motorway at San Miguel cross over the motorway to the roundabout and take the 3rd exit almost straight over ,you then travel about 700 meteres and take the first exit onto a roundabout signposted Golf Del Sur.You follow this road for about 1.5 kilometres until you reach the oneway system and then take the first junction on the left after about 250 metres the duplex bungalow is the fourth property on the right
