A very traditional Detached Cottage, set deep in the heart of the countryside, and yet just a mile from the main Penzance to Helston road. Along this coastline there are a wealth of coves and beaches, including Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe and the small resort of Marazion, which are all within or about 3 miles away. There are beautiful country walks surrounding the cottage, and the coastal pathway stretches for miles from Perranuthnoe, with spectacular clifftop scenery. Within 1/4 mile there are some large coarse fishing lakes.
This very comfortable cottage is fully modernised, yet retains much character including Georgian wired windows and beamed ceilings; there is oil fired central heating. The owners, occupy a small attached annexe; however, they have a separate totally private, entrance and the annexe is hidden from view by high fencing. Their presence will not compromise your privacy at all.

Entrance porch. Kitchen: Electric cooker, fridge, microwave, small dishwasher. Dining Room: Electric heater, beamed ceiling. Lounge: Attractive slate feature fireplace with electric fire, beamed ceiling, patio doors, TV/Video. Bedroom One: Double bed, electric heater. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin and W.C., airing cupboard First floor: Bedroom Two: Two single beds, wash basin, electric heater.
Outside: Out/house with automatic washing machine, gardens to front, side and rear; rear patio area and gravelled courtyard. Ample private Parking. Shops: Village stores (and pubs) at Goldsithney, one mile.
