Externally there are 3 large balconies, private pool, terrace and grassed areas. With Albena beach 20 minutes walk away we are also close to local bars, restaurants and resorts.Also a new local shop only 2 mins walk away at end of road has just opened which services most of your requirements.

The Black Sea Coast region
The seasonally sunny beaches of the Bulgarian Riviera face eastwards, offering a wonderful view of the sun coming up over the water, and all the resorts are within easy access to Bulgaria's inland attractions, including Roman ruins, ancient castles and monasteries and vineyards. The waters of the Black Sea are calm and without strong tides, making them ideal for for swimming.
Golden Sands area
The resorts of Albena and Balchik are close by and cater for all age groups with restaurants, bars and clubs. The larger resort of Golden Sands is approximately 15mins drive away and offers casinos, restaurants, bars & clubs. Water sports are offered on the sandy beaches of Albena and Golden Sands. Horse riding, jeep safaris are also available close by. Bulgarian cuisine is excellent and is extremely inexpensive to eat out, with a three course meal costing around £10. There are numerous first-class restaurants, folk-style taverns, snack-bars and cafeterias scattered throughout the resorts where you can sample Bulgarian national cuisine. There are 2 mini markets within 5 minutes walk which offer fresh produce, general groceries and inexpensive alcohol.
GOLF: 10-15 mins drive to the Gary Player (Black Sea Rama) golf coarse, The Gary Player (Black Sea Rama) Golf Coarse does allow players from outside the complex to play the 18 hole golf coarse at approximatly 65 euro's for a round for the forseeable future, as most don't appear to, if a round of golf is in your plans please check first ! (Please make sure you have proof of handycap / you are a competent player) It does have a driving range, as well as a golf academy for trianing and also a very nice club house with bar and restaurant with stunning sea views.
How to get there
British Airways to Varna 3.5 hrs, Varna is 30mins by taxi from Villa. Try "Opodo" for flights. There are airport transfers from Bourgas airport ( Time approx 2hrs) available through the rental management and also car hire. Try... Balkan Holiday Flights. CharterFlightCentre. Air bg.
Please note:- Although we advise a car it is far from necessary due to the new shop that has opened only 100 mtrs away at the end of the road. Also we have a short list of recomended taxi's.

It is located in Izgrev in a prominent position between Albena and Balchik with panoramic views overlooking Albena and the surrounding area. The open plan living accommodation comprises of a large lounge, dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. A number of english T.V. channels are available on the 40" LCD T.V. There is also a Play Staton 2 available with a few games and duel controls and memory chip.
Further details outdoors: The villa comes complete with private swimming pool, outside kitchen area with BBQ and a utility room with washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/ wet rooms each with a shower. It has 2 large balconies overlooking the pool and sea and a terrace area surrounding the private pool. The villa sits within a private walled garden with steps leading to balconies, grassed and paved terraced areas. There is private car parking for up to 2 vehicles should you decide to venture further a field and hire a car.
