How to get there
Car hire companies - Guests who will be arriving into the Brisbane International Airport.
The fastest and lest expensive way to transfer to the Gold Coast is via car hire, (1 day) even if you just use this for 1 day. Transfers from Brisbane Airport can be very expensive.
If you are arriving into the Gold Coast Airport the lest expensive way is by the local bus depending on what time you arrive. The taxis from the Airport will only cost between $52.00 - $60.00 for 4 persons so this can work out much cheaper for you.
Once you arrive at the resort there are many car hire places to choose from and you can also buy directly from the bus driver a 3 day, 5 day, 7 day & 10 bus passes that will get you from the front of the resort to all the theme parks.
In peak times of the year you will be best to organise car hire if you intend to use a car for the duration of your stay before you arrive in Australia. If you come in off peak times there is really no need to organise car hire as it will be cheaper if you do it when you arrive.

Excellent on site managers to welcome you... everything was ready for us on arrival.
We just styaed at Silverton holiday Apartments - and it was great! I didnt read correctly that all linen, towels, where provided free of charge, beds are made just like a hotel ready for us - by the time you have to pay for this on top of someother holiday pplaces it works out alot more expensive.
