Only just over 12 months old, this three level villa has all the modern luxuries you could possibly want in your next holiday. Absolute waterfront with pontoon, bring your boat or spend the afternoon fishing as you watch the sunset over the canal. Laze on the deck, and enjoy the views while you have a BBQ or dip in the private plunge pool.

The villa contains 3 bedrooms - 1 x King, 1 x Queen & 1 x Double. There is also a futon double bed available to cater for extra guests. (Total of 8)

Gold Coast area

Position, Position, Position...................
Grassy park right next door and on the waterfront, perfect place for the kids to run around and play some ball games. Fantastic position, only 300m walk to broad water esplanade (Marine Parade) where you can walk/ bike along the esplanade to restaurants, bars or playgrounds for the kids. Broadwater beach just 300m away, along with playground equipment to keep the kids entertained. Make sure you have a look at all our photo's, we have this beach pictured.

10-15 minute walk along the esplanade and you reach the enclosed swimming lagoon that is very popular with families. (see photo's) More playground equipment and the famous fish & chip takeaway & seafood store "Charis". Fish & Chips not your thing, then pack a picnic or make use of the BBQ facilities on the esplanade. For those wanting to completely relax - try some of the local cafe's and let someone else do all the work for you!
From here you can also hire a jet ski and cruise around the broadwater or go parasailing.

Only 15minute drive to Dreamworld/ Movieworld/ Wet n Wild / Seaworld. 5 minutes to Harbourtown shopping centre for those chasing some bargains or wanting to catch a movie.

3km to Southport for more shopping adventures at Australia Fair.

10 minutes to world class golf courses at Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island.

The Gold has plenty of attractions for all ages. Most will come to enjoy some of the best beaches in the world. For the families the theme parks are a huge hit, Sea world, Movie world, Wet'n'wild and also Dream World that has just expanded to offer a water park as well called White Water World. Or get up close and personal with some of Australia's unique wildlife at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Movie World now offers a chance for visitors to get a taste of the outback with their now hugely popular show - the Outback Spectacular.

Couples may like to explore the Hinterland of the Gold Coast a short 30 minute drive to the beautiful hinterland wineries, as well as some arts and crafts shops and some amazing restaurants.
Shopping is also well catered for, with Pacific Fair one of the biggest shopping centres in Australia located on the Gold Coast as well as Harbour Town (only 5 minutes from the property) which is a factory outlet shopping with centre with products from big brands like Nike and Addidas at very good prices.
There are many restaurants throughout the Gold Coast with every taste catered for.
World Class golf courses of Hope Island and Sanctuary cove are just a 5-10 minute drive from the property.

How to get there

Flights into Brisbane international airport may be more frequent, from there you can organise transfers, rental car, bus or train to the gold coast. The drive would take about 50 minutes and is very easy to navigate on good highways.

Kitchen is fully self contained - everything you need to cook up your favourite dish.
Lounge room features 42" LCD TV with Austar connection and Playstation 3.
Open plan living space takes advantage of water views.
Open the Bi-fold doors onto the balcony and feel the beautiful summer breezes roll in.

2 x Bedrooms are located on this level, one room contains a Queen Bed and the other a Double bed.

This level also contains a separate bathroom & Toilet.

A sitting room contains a futon bed to cater for extra bedding if needed - perfect for the kids!
