The Sun City Resort building boasts an Aztec inspired theme and is located just north of renowned Cavill Ave and just South of Main Beach. The resort facilities are managed by the Mantra Group and include a large lagoon pool with two water slides, outdoor heated plunge pool and spa set in a secluded rockery. There is also a large indoor heated pool and spa, two tennis courts, steam room, sauna, and bbq facilities.
This is a non-smoking apartment and offers some of the best in Gold Coast Accommodation.

This apartment is perfect in both winter and summer. As the sun is lower in the sky during the winter months it pours in through the large windows warming it so beautifully you'll never want to leave. In the summertime the sun is higher in the sky and less intrusive. With balconies and large opening doors on three sides all you need to do is open the apartment the direction of the breeze to enjoy the gorgeous summer breezes of the Gold Coast. Whilst the apartment is fully air-conditioned (4 in total) you will seldom need them.
From the eastern balcony you can see the patrolled beaches of the coast and pick your spot for the day. You can enjoy the surf and long walks on the beach (my favourite) or wander back for a swim in the resort pool and woosh down the water slides. For the young children there is a sand beach on a sheltered area of the lagoon pool so toddlers can dig and sit in shallow water and play, while the more adventurous of the family head for the slides.
Those looking for relaxation can seek out the sauna, steam room and spa. No glass is allowed near the pool but this doesn't exclude the odd cocktail or two from the Pool bar. Dinner in the themed Sayas restaruant is an option also, there's something for everyone.

The walk to Cavill Ave in the heart of the Gold Coast of an afternoon is a must. It's barely 1km along the board walk which is interspersed with climbing equipment and other such items to keep children and adults from getting board. Whilst there is a small supermarket called Pitt Stop just across the road from the resort other items may be purchased from the speciality shops or supermarket in Cavill Ave.
Of course the beach continues the full distance and more, restaurants are easy to find and suit all tastes and styles. On Wednesday and Friday nights there are beach side markets which are lovely as well and offer a range of items reflective of Surfers Paradise.
Rental of this apartment is for a minimum of 5 days, it will include a small bond and I do ask that you look after our recently renovated and refurbished holiday home. Parties and pets are strictly prohibited and this is a non-smoking apartment, in fact it is a non-smoking building.
The apartment is suitable for family groups who enjoy the finer things in life and appreciate other peoples property.
The Queensland / Brisbane and Moreton region
Surfers Paradise is recognised as one of Australia's best holiday destinations with beautiful beaches that stretch along the coastline. There are many tourist activities available in the area including theme parks such as Sea World, Movie World, Wet 'n Wild, Dreamworld to name a few.
The Gold Coast / Surfers Paradise area
Other places of interest of course include the well publicised theme parks the region boasts, as well as fishing and other water based activities. As an area that is largely supported by tourism there are many other activities either free or at a cost to entertain everyone. These are readily publicised in the area.

Coolangatta airport is located just to the south of Surfers Paradise and options for transport include hire vehicles, transfers, taxi's and public transport which comes right past the front door. Alternatively sometimes guests choose to fly into Brisbane Airport which is only an hour away.
