About the home

Spacious villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite). It has a garden and own pool, which is set in a well kept complex. As well as own pool there is a swimming pool and restaurant on the complex, plus a tennis court. Large terrace overlooking the pool for eating. Glorious views of the mountains, and 20 minutes walk to the sea front and restaurants. Gocek is a marina with shops and restaurants.

The property has recently had a series of wrought iron gates fitted in garden, terrace, and stairs to make it completely safe for children to stay. Parents would still have to supervise their children around the pool.

Gocek is ideal for those who enjoy sailing, and there are boats for hire, either for you to sail yourself or with a crew to sail it for you. There are also boat trips which our Manager can arrange for you.

We provide a welcome pack on arrival, and our Manager will be there to meet you and show you around.

Conditions

We provide coloured beach towels for you to use around the pool, as well as white towels for the bathroom.
We ask for a returnable deposit of £100 to be given to our Manager against breakages etc.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

A beautiful marina with wonderful restaurants, but no night clubs. Very hot in the summer and temperatures of about 30 degrees in the spring and autumn.

The Gocek area

The nearest beach is at Inlice, which is 2km away.It is a very fine beach, with eating facilities on the beach. There is no charge for the beach, but you will have to pay to put your car in the car park. Fethiye which is about 25 km away is well worth a visit with its bustling market. There is also a very good Sunday market in Gocek which is a must, and sells pancakes and drinks. There are several boat trips to places of interest with tour guides, and scuba diving can be arranged. There are local buses into Fethiye (dolmus), but a hire car can be arranged to meet you at the airport and costs approximately £20 a day. There are many places of historical interest around the area, and details can be emailed to you. For those interested in sailing you can hire a boat in Gocek either with a crew or for you to sail yourself. We can book that in advance for you. There are local boat trips which our Manager can book for you.

Local airport is Dalaman, and Flythomascook is usually the cheapest from Gatwick, but google Dalaman and search for the cheapest. It is only 20 minutes from the airport, and you can either pick up a taxi from there, or we can book one for you, or a car hire at a reasonable price. There are local buses in Gocek to take you about, and boats for hire.

“Beautiful Villa - Wonderful Holiday” We stayed at Red Pine Nine in August and had a wonderful time, the villa has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was a deffinite bonus as the temperature was in the high thirties. The location is perfect and Gocek town centre is only a 20 minutes walk. “lovely villa in beautiful setting” We have been holidaying in Turkey now for about the last thirteen years and staying at Red Pine 9 rates as one of the best holidays we have had.The villa was lovely and the pool was sheer heaven.Gocek was a very relaxing attractive place with numerous excellent restaurants to visit.The 20 minute stroll into the centre in the evening was just far enough to go bearing in mind that a taxi back to the villa only cost 10 lira.Mehmet was extremely helpfull and always on hand.The view of the mountains was gorgeous and the villa was in a quiet location. What a find this was, and hopefully we will return again soon.

“Most fantastic holiday ever” The service was brilliant Mehmet is a must he or his brother will collect you from the airport and help you organise everything you want to do from Turkish baths to Turtle island and mud baths to market place trips. We had the best holiday ever thanks to the brilliant villa and facilities.The pool was cleaned and checked every day and was very inviting we spent most of our time in there when we were'nt going on trips. The photos do not tell you how great the villa is but we had everything we needed. You can walk or order a taxi to the town with its great restaurants. The Turkish people are the friendliest people i have met and cant do enough to help you. The only thing that i can think of that i didnt like was the mattress it was really hard but didnt spoil the holiday at all.Cant think of anything i didnt like about Gocek it is a wonderful place and i will be going back again. I would definately rent this villa again. Response: Hi, I'm so pleased you liked our villa. We have just spent a month there and it was sheer heaven. I quite agree with you about the mattresses. The Turkish people like them hard (as do some English). However, I don't, and so the two double beds downstairs have just been treated to a 'memory foam' overlay and that has made a great difference. I have left the upper double bed as it is and also the singles. This has helped me, and I hope it will help you if you come again. Eleanor

“Excellent Villa!” High class property. Very clean and very well organized. A lot of privacy. Very comfortable. Villa is located in a secured complex which is also very clean and very well organized. Definitely to be recomended.
