If you want to be away from technology, buildings, noise and stress and to be at one with nature then Gokceovacik is the right address for you! The Old Farm House is on the edge of the forest in an elevated position with stunning views between the trees. The house was built of stone in1950 by the current owner’s father and at that time was the height of luxury but might now be considered as nostalgic!
Having said that it provides excellent comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms, one a double and the other with two single beds. At the far end of the garden is a converted barn with an additional bedroom with two single beds.
Designed for outdoor living, there is a balcony with great views and an outside kitchen – this balcony being a great place to enjoy a romantic evening watching the sun set over the distant mountains listening to the birds – to say nothing of the local wine

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This property is located in Gokceovacik, near Gocek on the South Cost of Turkey in the Lycian region. This area of the coast is a major tourist area with all the facilities you would expect and all within reach but not directly "on the doorstep". The climate in the summer is warm and very little, if any, rain between May to September. There are many historical sites in the area from Roman and other times
Gocek / Gokceovacik area
Gokceovacik is in the mountains about 8 Km from the Gocek, one of the most sort after yachting areas in the Eastern Med with its sophisticated bars and restaurants offering both international and local cuisines. Close to Gocek is a quiet sandy beach at Inlice – almost unknown to the tourist trade. Other places to visit include Fethiye, Dalayan and a must is the twelve island tour by boat from Gocek.
How to get there
Cheap Flights available from Easyjet, Thomas Cook and many others to Dalaman International Airport. The airport is about 35 minutes from the property. Car hire is essential and can be arranged simply by the owner
