The Central England/Cotswolds region

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Brimpsfield is a scattered village in rural Gloucestershire. There is plenty of lovely countryside to explore here, as well as the remains of the largest Iron Age fort in Europe. The Cotswold Way is easily reached from the village. Visit Gloucester, with its attractive waterfront, historic buildings, good shopping and Norman cathedral, or head to elegant Cheltenham, with its Georgian architecture and famous horse racing. The lovely landscape of the Cotsolds awaits.
