The Limerick/Tipperary region

For an enticing mix of old and new, County Limerick is ideal, with castles and art galleries attracting visitors whilst the tranquil pastureland, forest trails and mountainous scenery of the county make the perfect escape.

Situated on the banks of the Shannon Estuary, on the border of Limerick and Kerry, is the heritage village of Glin. Glin is home to numerous heritage trails, and insights into the history of the village can still be seen today across the castles and ancient buildings dating back to the 13th century.
