This is truly a club with a view! Glengarriff's nine holes are in one of the loveliest settings in Ireland, with scenic views abounding – the one from the fifth tee is exceptionally beautiful. The grassy lane between the second and third holes is part of the historic ancient road between Adrigole and Bantry which also comes up by the trees which run across the course near the eight and ninth holes.

About this location

The Province of Munster region

Glengarriff Golf Club:

Glengarriff

Wonderfully placed a mere stroll from Glengarriff village 12 miles from Bantry. This is a perfect location for enjoying the Rings of Beara and Kerry. The accommodation is bright and welcoming, with wooden floors, comfy bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, Stroll to the village, down by the waters edge, enjoy a spot of lunch in one of the eateries or pick up a memento of your time here in one of Glengarriff's shops or galleries. With walking, cycling, golf and the beautiful Garnish Island to visit there is lots to do.

Cooler days may see Glengarriff cottage guests curled up in front of the open fire, while warm afternoons will fly by with BBQs in the gravelled garden.
