Seefin Grove Self Catering is a brand new development of five terraced houses located in the Village of Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry overlooking Seefin Mountain to the front and Rossbeigh Beach to the back. Numbers 1/3/4 which are available for rent are elegantly furnished with solid wooden flooring throughout. These houses are three bed bedroomed with the master bedroom en-suite and also the main bathroom upstairs. Downstairs consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room with downstairs toilet and enclosed secure backgarden and electric gates to the front.

The master-bedroom with fully tiled ensuite and large shower has a double queen size sleigh bed, matching lockers, dressing table and wardrobes in mahogoney colour and has a large walk-out balcony overlooking Rossbeigh Beach to the back of the house. The second bedroom overlooking Seefin Mountain is also a double room and has a queen size oak bed with matching dressing table, lockers and sliding mirrow wardrobes.

The third bedroom is a single room with the facility of a pull out extra single bed and pine dressing table overlooking the sea. All three bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The main bathroom upstairs is fully tiled with bath and electric shower overhead.

On entering the House the hall leads into the downstairs toilet, living room and kitchen area. The living room is spacious with solid oak flooring and open fire place. Large leather suite and satellite TV compliment this room which leads to the fully fitted Kitchen. The kitchen overlooking the sea is well equipped with Bosch intergrated appliances e.g. dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass hob and self-cleaning oven. Patio doors open out to the small secure garden with garden furniture supplied which overlooks the sea. The utility room which leads off from the kitchen has all the laundry facilities which include a washing machine, drying machine and iron/ironing board. The utility room has a backdoor also. .The heating system is oil with zoned heating with upstairs and downstairs controlled by the individual. The house has two smoke alarms with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket supplied. Bed-linen and towels are supplied. The entrance to Seefin Grove has electric gates thereby adding a secure area for children from the public road.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
