Bove Town House Apartment is a haven of tranquillity and an ideal retreat from everyday life. With crystal chandeliers and quirky decorative features, Bove Town House Apartment is decorated in the soothing palette of an English country home.

From the light filled living area you can see into the Abbey and over to Wearyall Hill and to the countryside beyond, while from the master bedroom you can lie in the comfort of a mahogany four-poster bed and watch the changing patterns of light over the Tor. The south-facing twin bedded second bedroom is spacious and elegant with antique beds and comfortable mattresses.

Like the rest of the house, the apartment has just been renovated to a high standard and combines antique furniture with modern decor. You will find everything you need to feel at home.

A number of in-house therapies are also offered at Bove Town House in their clean and comfortable therapy rooms, including a variety of massages, hot stone massage, sound healing, subtle touch bodywork and Reiki sound healing.

Alive with a history packed with colourful myth and legend, Glastonbury Tor has fabulous views over the county and gorgeous surrounding countryside with rolling hills and flaxen fields.

Glastonbury, although famed for its festival, has much more to offer it's visitors. Its vibrant high street offers an array of shops selling unique clothing and jewellery from local designers. Independent cafes and restaurants offer a welcome break from exploring these fascinating little shops.

There is always something going on in Glastonbury. From the Goddess Conference where the town is filled with colourful women from the world over, to The Guy Fawkes Glastonbury Carnival, a well kept secret and truly a sight to be seen, there are plenty of intriguing adventures to be had. With a weekly street market on Tuesdays and a Farmer's market on the last Saturday of every month, these are great opportunities to taste the local produce and meet the locals.

The West Country region

Whether your idea of the perfect holiday is a stay in rambling countryside, a bustling coastal resort or a picture postcard cottage in a quaint town, you will find it in Somerset. Blue Chip's Somerset holiday cottages enable guests to choose between coast, land and country - or one of many Somerset holidays that blankets all three. The village of Cheddar gave the world Cheddar cheese, and still produces it today. West Somerset is home to the longest preserved steam railway in England. The word Somerset translates to 'land of the summer people'

If you haven't been lucky enough to visit Glastonbury yet we know you'll certainly have heard of it, and when it's not playing host to one of the world's biggest annual festivals the area is a peaceful patchwork of scenery steeped in myth and legend. The village itself has all the traits of an historic Somerset village, and you can walk in pretty much any direction and discover a tale of site that dates back hundreds of years. Glastonbury holiday cottages attract the curious, the energetic (the Mendips are perfect for a bracing walk) and those who just love being outdoors. Many believe that King Arthur lies buried at Glastonbury Abbey. There was a time when Glastonbury was an island. The Millennium Trail takes walkers around some of Glastonbury's most famous sites
