This spacious 2 bedroom flat located in the heart of the city comes with a range of features that set it apart. It also has uninterrupted, panoramic views over the River Clyde which can be enjoyed from its veranda and windows, as well as a private, secure car park.

That said, it is in the spacious, luxurious layout and interior design that we find this apartment's unique charm and appeal. The main living room extends into a dining and kitchen area and is overlooked by a raised office-space, complete with desk and chair -- perfect for business users.

But there is no sense in which anything is cramped with this flat. On the contrary, space is in abundance. The kitchen and dining area are notably spacious, as is the living-room area with two large sofas, and there is a general feel of opulence conveyed by the décor and fittings throughout.

The main bedroom also has a full en suite with bath and shower whilst the second bedroom, unlike so many second bedrooms these days, is commodious, bright, and pleasant.

Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland and the 3rd most populous in the UK. It is a modern and vibrant city and caters for all ages.

There are plenty of great restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, whether you want a fun night out or a romantic dinner for two. It is also easy to reach the city of Edinburgh with its beautiful old town, Castle and atmospheric streets, or you can visit the stunning Highlands.


The flat is situated in Glasgow City Centre and is close to all attractions. There is lots of interesting architecture, from the remnants of the Victorian era to modern buildings such as the "Armadillo" but Sir Norman Foster.

Fantastic shopping is available, from the upmarket Princes Square area and Harvey Nichols store to the various streets and malls dotted around the city featuring unique boutiques as well as major chains.

Several golf courses are within a 15 minute journey of the city centre. Arrangements can be made for any client to play East Rnfrewshire Golf Club which is regarded as the "Gleneagles of Glasgow" due to its moorland landscape and beauty.
