The apartment (with off road residents parking) is located in a well maintained private development. Furnished to a very comfortable standard, you are provided with everything needed for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday and a guest welcome pack is also provided.
From the apartment, it is only a 5 minute walk to the West End's shops bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes will take you to the vibrant Byres Rd and Ashton Lane. Transport links to Glasgow City Centre is 300 metres from the apartment (you are 5 mins travel time on the Metro system to the City Centre).
Wi-Fi, a modern intruder alarm system and fire protection alerter are installed in the apartment and security entry facilities are installed at the main entrance to the building.

Conditions
To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total payment is required in advance with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable deposit of £150 to be held in case of any accidental damage which will be returned following satisfactory receipt of key and apartment inspection. Every effort is made to return the security deposit on check out. Where this is not possible it will be repaid within 3 days.
NOTE - No charge for minor breakages such as glasses, crockery etc but would appreciate being informed of minor breakages so that replacements can be arranged.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled then the following charges will apply;
6 weeks deposit plus 20%
4 weeks deposit plus 40%
2 weeks deposit plus 60%
1 week deposit plus 80%
Unused no refund
Deposit for breakages will be refunded in the event of any cancellation.

We stayed overnight with friends. Well equipped apartment, two good double bedrooms and large lounge. Equipped with wifi,flat screen tv and DVD player. The king size bed was very comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep, the apartment is located on the ground floor on a very quiet street. It is ideally located for Kelvinbridge Underground station a couple of minutes walk away also Great Western Road for bus services. The area has many good pubs,cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, the Botanic Gardens and Byres Road are only ten minutes walk away. There is car parking to the rear which can be accessed by the rear door. Would have no hesitation in staying again. Response: Your comments are very welcome and much appreciated. We have stayed at this apartment many times and have always found it to be well-equipped, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Not only is it in a really vibrant and interesting area but if you need to get into the city, it's an easy subway ride. Parking is a bonus but there is no need to bring a car as everything is close by. There is a wealth of lovely bars and restaurants in the West End and lots of quirky, individual shops. The owners are always very welcoming and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this apartment. Nuestra estancia en este apartamento, estuvo muy bien. Era una casa con unas estancias amplias y unas vistas excelentes al jardín. La cocina está muy bien equipada, no falta de nada. Las camas muy cómodas y con unas vistas maravillosas.
El trato con el casero, excelente. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y preocupado por que nuestra estancia estuviera perfecta. Sin duda alguna, si viajamos nuevamente a Escocia, repetiré en este apartamento.

"We enjoyed our 4 weeks in Glasgow (August 2010) so much that we have booked already for next year.
The flat is a home from home, it is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The owner is very attentive and is keen that guests enjoy themselves.
The location of the flat is ideal. There are various ways to walk into the city all of which are interesting. You are just a couple of minutes from the subway and the buses. Byres Road and the Botanic Gardens are close by. You can't go anywhere without finding a little cafe or restaurant. There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach.
You can join the library as a visitor and get free internet access. We booked our cheap day return rail tickets on the internet and collected them from the station. There is a swimming pool nearby. If you enjoy the cinema the Glasgow Film Theatre has new releases at budget prices at certain times.
All in all, a great holiday in a fabulous city, in a lovely flat".

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble from your end. You were so helpful in making sure we were so comfortable after a long flight.
It was great to have somewhere that was so comfortable, convenient, close to the Tube and Tesco’s, with a parking spot inside the complex and what became our favourite restaurant bar, the Lansdowne which was literately 4 minutes walk away. What more could we ask for, ah some decent weather but that was the only thing you couldn’t deliver. No doubt you will see us again when we return to Scotland
