This modern apartment is the perfect base for visitors to Glasgow due to its central location, within walking distance to Glasgow's city centre, with a new bridge, and minutes by taxi to the west end and south side, and adjacent to underground and main motorway links. Nearby are cinemas (The Quay) , major music venues (SEEC and ACADEMY), fantastic restaurants, a great theatre (CITIZENS) and a casino. Glasgow is a great place to visit, with the West End, the fantastic Merchant CIty and the South side. The apartment is right in the middle of all these areas. The apartment is in a historic private ‘gardens’ conversion located near the River Clyde and the modern financial district and has private parking. The gardens are modern and safe.

Enjoy the quality and style throughout this apartment from the extensive living / dining area with comfortable fabric suites, large (42 inch) on-wall television with freeview channels, CD player, with large dining table and extra chairs; all benefiting from an extensive space and tastefully dimmer fixed and localised lighting.
Wifi internet access is available through BT Openzone and there is a working area for the business traveller.
There is the tastefully furnished bedroom with a super king size bed (or two substantial single beds; whatever the preference), surrounded by Italian bedroom furniture, drawers, bedside table (with portable colour TV) and wall-hung mirrored wardrobe.
There is the modern bathroom with bath and shower over, with dimmer lights for that soothing bath after your journey. There is the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, slow cookers, electric kettles, toaster, with substantial crockery/cutlery and everything the discerning diner would need to prepare a fine meal.
Tea, coffee, sugar is available, with complementary fresh milk, bread, and biscuits on arrival, and includes fresh linen and towels on every arrival. A hair drier, iron, and ironing board are also available. Please note the flat is on the third floor accessed by six short flight of stairs, handrails on both sides.
Conditions
Booking is made by email or telephone after confirming availability. Payment can be cash, cleared cheque, or by credit/debit card.
The rental includes towels, linen, light and heating. The flat is service cleaned before the let. In this way the first class quality is maintained and guests do not need to make their own arrangements. It is, however, appreciated that guests leave the flat in the way it is found: clean and tidy.
Alternatively, a £25 cleaning charge may be applied/taken from the deposit. The rental period starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. A £50 deposit is required on booking with the full payment due on arrival.
The deposit is retained until full payment is made and returned at end of let if the flat is returned in the way it was entered, clean, tidy and intact.

Glasgow is close to Loch Lomond and the road to the highlands. Closeby there are many fantastic golf courses and distilleries. Glasgow itself offers great museums, art galleries, theatres and fantastic nigh life.

The apartment is close to the Citizens Theatre, the Academy music veue, the Scottish exhibition centre and the Burrell exhibition. There are great festivals such as the Celtic Connection in three weeks in late January.

Payment
A £50 deposit is required on booking with the full payment due on arrival. The deposit is retained until full payment is made and returned at departure subject to no losses or damage being incurred. If so breakage or damage would be recovered at cost.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.
