Comfyglasgow apartment is a modern and spacious 2 bedroom flat for holiday let overlooking the scenic, eventful and year round picturesque Glasgow Green. An easy 20 minute scenic walk from Glasgow city centre, or 5-10 minutes by train or bus. Close to the Peoples Palace and convenient for Merchant City.
The apartment comprises of a double room facing Glasgow Green to front with a sleigh style wooden standard double. The twin room is to the rear. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes.
The living room also enjoys views over The Green and is designed to provide comfort for up to 6 guests through a leather 2 seater couch, double sofabed, leather beanbags, leather tub chairs and ottoman. There is a wall mounted TV with full freeview, DVD/CD player and full, unlimited, fibre optic broadband.
There is also a dining area that can accommodate 6 people and spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven with 4 hobs and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and cookware are also included. There is plenty of free, private parking to the front of the building which is also overlooked by the apartment.
The kitchen and bathroom were completely replaced last year, along with new double glazing throughout. The apartment has also recently been fitted with full gas central heating with the flooring and decor renewed too. We are constantly upgrading the apartment to ensure it always exceeds expectations.
With notice we can also make the flat suitable for babies and children with door catches, plug socket covers and provision of a feeding chair and travel cot free of charge (just let us know what you require). The apartment has minimal soft fabric furnishings and those that it has are always regularly renewed. We understand the need for a home with low allergens and do everything we can to create an environment suitable for health and well being.
Bedding and towels are provided, along with a welcome pack comprising of wine, biscuits and crisps. The kitchen will always be equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning products, iron and ironing board,
There are communal gardens to front and rear of the apartment. Access to the building by security door. Arrival time is 4pm, but quite often the flat is ready earlier and we will always do our best to get you settled as soon as possible. Departure time is 10am.
We will send you an e-mail and text with directions and instructions to access the apartment. The key will be in a small security box at the door to the close and you will be provided with a unique code for access. Baggage drop by arrangement only.
Apartment is fully PAT tested and Gas Safety inspected.

Glasgow Green is steeped in history and culture. The flat backs on to the locale of Bridgeton, a lively spot with a range of bars, takeaways and small shops. Bridgeton cross has a friendly atmosphere, and you will find the locals will always go out their way to help.
Located in a quiet area overlooking Glasgow Green, but only 15 minutes walk from the lively Merchant City where you can find restaurants, bars, clubs and much much more. The area immediately surrounding the flat is friendly and inexpensive in comparison to the city centre. Only minutes from the flat is the Peoples Palace museum and a great outdoor park for kids.
