Very spacious luxury 2 bed Duplex apartment located right in the heart of the City Centre, only minutes walk from all the shops in Buchanan St. Also minutes walk from a host of bars, restaurants and transport links.

This stunning apartment offers a very spacious living/dining room/kitchen with patio doors which lead onto the balcony which has nice views over the River Clyde and the City's famous architectural buildings. The lounge has floor to ceiling windows over two levels.

The kitchen is very contemporary and includes microwave, all cooking equipment, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob/ oven.

There is also a chic Spiral staircase which leads up to the second floor of the apartment.

The apartment has hard wood flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs in the hall landing and bedrooms.

There is a bathroom downstairs and also one upstairs which has a separate bath and shower.

There is also a large walk-in storage room that contains a washing machine/ tumble dryer.

The master double bedroom has a king-size bed and beautiful walk-in wardrobes. The second twin bedroom has a double bed but two single beds can be set up if required. Two additional guests can be accommodated using the plug-in inflatable double bed available for use in the living room. The second double bedroom also has walk-in wardrobes with plenty of storage capacity.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard.

The Central Scotland/Strathclyde region

The area is rich in history and heritage and boasts many delightful country towns and villages. The Merchant City is Glasgow's historical and cultural hub and is located in the eastern part of the city. Today the area is witnessing a remarkable rebirth. Previously redundant historic buildings now house cutting edge theatres and galleries interspersed with shops, cafes and restaurants. Glasgow is full of galleries and museums many of which are free to the public.

"Fantastic place : central, modern, easy to access, great owner !"

The flat is within 5mn walk distance from Glasgow Green, Buchanan Street, subway station. I would definitely recommend it ! The owner is really helpful and the flat was perfect in every aspects.

I will definitely be looking into getting a second fan as i even felt the heat when i was round the day you moved in. I am also going to get some more cups and bowls.. nice new ones to freshen things up and so people have ample equipment in the kitchen. Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Very grateful. I always welcome constructive feedback and i'm glad you mentioned the lights not having shades. I am going to be putting contemporary LED spotlights in all the rooms upstairs and at the top of the stairs landing. Will look amazing so that is why i've held off doing anything with the current lighting set up. So hopefully next time you come to stay you will enjoy the new lighting :)

"Excellent modern accommodation in an ideal central location"

My wife, myself and our border collie, Bilbo stayed at this apartment over Easter weekend, 2014. Having travelled from Northern Ireland to attend my sister's wedding, we were joined by my brother for two of the nights. None of us had stayed in Glasgow before and were unsure of what to expect. We were all extremely pleased with what we found.
The apartment is everything it is described as; luxurious, spacious, modern and well appointed. The two bedrooms are generous with one king size and two single beds with plenty of closet space in each. Had my brother's wife and three kids decided to come, there would have been plenty of room for all (blow up beds provided).
The fully integrated kitchen is modern and the appliances easy to use. The well lit and well mirrored toilet rooms on each floor are a bonus for those getting prepared for a night out. The east facing balcony, with a view of the Clyde to the south, is a lovely spot for a coffee on a sunny morning. Bilbo thought it was great fun watching the seagulls!
The apartment is situated on the north bank of the Clyde. For those accompanied by dogs, Glasgow Green is a ten minute walk away but literally right on your doorstep is a beautiful stretch of the Clyde with a wide pedestrian/cyclist area and several grassy lawns. Directly across the river and served by a foot bridge is a gated, grassy park.
We travelled to Glasgow by car, found the location easily and made good use of the provided underground parking, with lift to the front door of the apartment. Travelling without a car, Glasgow Central train station is five minutes walk north of the apartment. Also accessible on foot are all the well known shops, bars and restaurants which anyone could wish for.
Brian, the owner of the apartment, kept in touch with me regularly before we arrived and returned the security deposit by electronic transfer promptly, as promised, once we had vacated and he had inspected the property.
In summary, Roger, Gillian, Peter and Bilbo (the border collie) would highly recommend this apartment to all their friends and family.
