Accessed via an internal courtyard with a Japanese garden, or by elevator this apartment was created in 2004 from a Victorian warehouse. It boast a 45 foot long living area, with 15 foot high windows offering spectacular views over the Glasgow suspension bridge and the River Clyde. City Serenity is a two double bedroom (one en-suite) apartment, although an additional single bed can be provided on request. It offers a wide range of amenities such as spectacular views, free WIFI connection, private underground parking, flat panel tv, and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Our city centre location is the envy of hotels and B&Bs, with its luxury living, within easy walking distance to shops, theatres, bars and restaurants, museums and green spaces. This flat is fully equipped and waiting to welcome you to this historic city.This property is managed on site by full time staff who operate a hotel/apartment business in the building, this ensures that the highest standards in service and cleaning are maintained to ensure a stress free environment for my guests, upon arrival you will be shown to your apartment and receive a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.

A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation. A deposit of 150GBP is taken on arrival to secure against damages or losses
Conditions
The property is ideally suited for holiday makers, visitors to Glasgow and Corporate bookings.
The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival. We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure.
The Central Scotland / Strathclyde / Lanarkshire/Glasgow region
Scotland's west coast is a region renowned for its natural beauty and warm welcome. The scenery within an hours drive of Glasgow is at its most spectacular and the area within is rich in history and heritage and gives you the opportunity to drive through many delightful towns and villages.
A short drive to the south of the city is the Clyde Valley Tourist route, and this offers a scenic route from the upper edges of the Clyde down to the historic World Heritage Site of New Lanark.
The coastal towns of Inverclyde offer spectacular vistas across the Clyde estuary to the argyll hills and beyond.
North of the city, you will find the beautiful scenery of Loch Lomand and the Trossachs that lie north, giving access to the unforgettable Highlands
East of the city, you will find the historic capital, Edinburgh. Steeped in history, Edinburgh is easily accessible from Glasgow with excellent transport links.
The Glasgow area
Glasgow is a wonderful, vibrant, cosmopolitan city. It excels in shopping, culture and art and the flat boasts many nearby theatres, art galleries and shopping centres, such as Argyle St, Sauchiehall St and Buchanan St. The main shopping centres are Buchanan Galleries, the st Enoch Centre, and the up-market Princes Square and Italian Centre, specializing in designer labels....all only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment
It is a fantastic city for a short cultural break with the Burrell collection , Kelvingrove art galleries and the Glasgow School of Art. Glasgow has numerous arts and film festivals throughout the year and is gearing up to host the next Commonwealth Games in 2014.

excellent flat and hope to stay again. The flat was warm and clean with a massive living room and a Large TV, kitchen.and wifi. Nice.bathroom..and separate ensuite shower/toilet in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms were of a.decent.size. The flat is in a great location.on Howard St near Tesco and St Enoch.Square shopping centre, underground and town so everything you need is on your doorstep. Basically for the price of a hotel room you are getting a great flat in a great location that willl.accomodate two people. |
