A great 2 bedroom apartment in the Icon Building overlooking the River Clyde. Excellently situated in the City Centre and close to West End attractions, providing affordable short term business rental accommodation or holiday accomodation. This apartment is only a few minutes walk to Buchanan Galleries, Argyle St, the University and City Chambers.
All local amenities, such as bars, restaurants, coffee shop, theatres and shopping are nearby

A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation

The property is ideally suited for holiday makers, visitors to Glasgow and Corporate bookings.

The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival. We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure.

East of the city, you will find the historic capital, Edinburgh. Steeped in history, Edinburgh is easily accessible from Glasgow with excellent transport links.

Glasgow is a wonderful, vibrant, cosmopolitan city. It excels in shopping, culture and art and the flat boasts many nearby theatres, art galleries and shopping centres, such as Argyle St, Sauchiehall St and Buchanan St. The main shopping centres are Buchanan Galleries, the st Enoch Centre, and the up-market Princes Square and Italian Centre, specializing in designer labels....all only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment

It is a fantastic city for a short cultural break with the Burrell collection , Kelvingrove art galleries and the Glasgow School of Art. Glasgow has numerous arts and film festivals throughout the year and is gearing up to host the next Commonwealth Games in 2014.

“easy and comfortable in Glasgow” In fairness the service was haphazard, but charming, a kinda family run feel.
